First cycle what do you think?

Stats 35years old, 175lbs 5' 6" 10% bf, training 8 years.
Cycle test e 500 wk for 10 wk
Hcg 250 iu twice a week starting week 2 stop at a week before pct
Liquidex .25 eod starting week 2 stop a week before pct
Pct novaldex 40 40 20 20 14 days after last pin
Appreciate any advice

sounds good, but for my first test only cycle i just used nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) and test

I'm more of a 12 week guy myself, but 10 is fine if it's what you want. Get bloodwork done before/during/after to better manage the cycle and adjust any dosages if needed. I like to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) throughout my cycle and post cycle therapy (pct), which is why I prefer Aromasin. If your post cycle bloodwork reveals heightened Estrogen levels during post cycle therapy (pct), then dose Aromasin@12.5mg/ED alongside Nolvadex.

EDIT: Add another week of Nolvadex, 40/40/20/20/20

What's your thoughts on the hcg? Is it needed? I'm trying to protect the boys. And is the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose correct?

Hcg is pointless on a test only cycle IMO. Your balls slightly shrink, but nothing you'd imagine. If you look at the before and during cycle it's not noticeable. If it makes u more secure about using gear, go ahead. I'd rather use clomid if anything personally

I never needed hcg on a test only cycle but everyone is different, I'd keep it in hand just incase.

The nolvadex is fine for a test cycle only.
