First cycle, what to expect and experience?!

Ok, basically everybody know I'm a old "new" noob. But I was recently blessed to start my first cycle. Test E 250mgs split into two pins per week. So what can I expect? I'm in my first week feel no different not even hungry. I weighed 162 top of week still at 162. I'm sore from workouts, I would go as far to say even sorer! So far not impressed, nothing different but sore muscles and an extreme sore ass! Anyone please would you all share your experiences

whats your stats?
thats a very low dose of test, its basically TRT so if you want some benefit then you should up your dose to 500mg a week. do you have a pct/ai in hand?

I'm sorry for the confusion but its test 250mg shot on Monday and Thursday and my stats are

5'6
162lbs(what one would call skinny fat, skinny but some tummy)
And as far pct none at the moment going to use forma for an ai if needed. But so far I feel, eat, and look the same
 
Ok. If your doing everything the same before u started your cycle, don't expect much to change. I'm not a diet guy, but I have no problem shoveling in the stuff I need to. If u need diet advice, we got a mod (3j) and a few members that are good. I'm imagining your diet is off.

I'm not really a diet guy myself I just eat pretty much dirty. Yesterday I ate 2pancakes, 2eggs, 2sasuage, then for dinner two chicken thighs mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. But shouldn't it be increasing my appetite? Now thru some research you should gain or feel different on aas even if your diet is off
 
How come you're a member for 2+ years and got the knowledge of someone who started to dig the AAS subject 10mn ago? And how come you started a cycle whit so little understanding of what you're doing?

Because I'm such a nice guy I will give you a few hints:

- Test E is a long esther, so don't expect to "feel" anything before week 2 at the earliest, more reallistically around week 4. Even if you were on 2+g/w you wouldn't feel anything at this stage.
- You don't have your PCT stuff ready, which mean that you didn't even read the stickies here
- Forma-my ass-Stanzol is an OTC supplement and won't do s***t for you as an AI or for PCT, once again it seems that you skipped the stickies
- be ready to be disappointed whatever your cycle is because if you're still 162 it means that your diet and or training is not spot on (I bet diet AND training). You can see AAS as an accelerator, if you're crusing at 10mph you'll ride at 50mph on gear. But if your speed is zero, it will still be zero whatever the amount of gear you're on

Two years because I joined but really haven't been on here or involved until lately that's what I meant about old"new" my account is old but I'm still new here but thanks
 
Diet is very, very poor. You better not even start a cycle till u figure out how to eat. You'll gain nothing at best. Most likely a lot of negative sides.

Jeez, my breakfast is almost as much as your entire day in term of cals...

Lol, naw just not a huge eater and that's if I can get my lady to cook, plus my work schedule won't allow me on days I work. Yes they really deny us the privilege to eat or even snack
 
I read the stickies on pct I know about nolva and clomid just those things are hard to find. Let me rephrase that those things are hard to find that's not alkaseizer tablets at a high price.

Mate, I second Tbone, you don't eat, you don't grow, period, AAS will not magically add cals to your daily intake.

I put most of the weight I ever carried while working for a company with a very strict corporate policy, I was bringing food in tupperwares and and was chugging it down as fast as I could in the firm's toilets (so enjoyable to eat in the smell of the previous guy's shit...). I was also bringing thermos filled with 1000+ cals protein shakes, anything possible to meet my macros.

I was cooking all my food because my girl was useless in the kitchen anyway.

IMHO the hardest part of weightlifting is the diet...It is a pain to chug all these cals down (I'm an harcore ectomorph and have to ingest ridiculous amount of food to put on weight), takes ages to cook and eat, cost much more than gear or gym membership.

Bottom line is if you eat enough, you WILL put on weight. Now whether this weight is fat or muscle depend on the macros, training and gear, in that order.

Once again if you don't fix your diet cycling won't change much besides increased strenght, but it will revert back to normal once your cycle is over.

Not an excuse, if you're smart enough to find gear you're smart enough to find ancillaries.

Don't be cheap with your cycle, we are talking about recovery here, it's your body and you got only one. If you can't afford the gear (AAS and ancillaries, i.e AI, HCG, etc...) you can't afford the food necessary to make the cycle succesful anyway, the food budget of your cycle should be much higher thant the gear unless you're running expensive compounds like var or primo.

I can afford the pct just don't want to spend and it's fake or underdosed. Kinda like gear even tho I fully understand gear is commonly underdosed. I have a hard time knocking down food. My 1st cycle was 400mgs test cyp/week in 1994 made by Steris you old heads should remember steris, after 10 yrs of lifting Natty, I dont remember the numbers but Man did I blow up, I too was dissapointed till week 4-5, then I started noticing and seeing the difference ,at the end of week 15 it looked like my head on someone elses body.. 1st cycle..best cycle Patience my Friend

FYI, Ology is not about AAS only, this forum is also a goldmine of nutrition and training tips. I've learned 95% of what I know about diet and training here, after it's all about trying things and see what works best for you.

Cool, I'm trying to be patient I guess other forums besides this one has me all excited and hearing "1st week results" and this and that happened. Just success stories
 
You don't need chicken breast to bulk; try things like
-ground beef (not extra lean)
-steak
-fish (watch mercury content)
-olive oil
-butter
-sweet potatoes
-brown or white rice, whichever you prefer
-whole eggs
-egg whites
-cream with nesquik added
-chocolate bars
-ice cream
-natural peanut butter

The list goes on and on. Your diet is really terrible; I will go so far as to say you aren't even close to ready for the cycle you're on. And being a member here for that long, I can't believe you would start injecting shit into yourself without an endgame (PCT) already in your possession.
