First cycle, what to expect and experience?!

Dial in your diet before anything else brother. Yeah it may be tough to eat at work, but you'll find time if you want it bad enough. Come back when diet is fixed and you should also post up your routine to critique.
 
hey bro, I'm not going to be a dick like everyone( I'm not calling any one a dick) but i made a huge mistake using AAS and i would like to help you but just don't take anything personal and too fast..take some criticism and tai everything slow. i make a mistake and i don't anyone else to make the same mistake so dude just listen to everyone, and good luck on your cycle
 
You don't need chicken breast to bulk; try things like
-ground beef (not extra lean)
-steak
-fish (watch mercury content)
-olive oil
-butter
-sweet potatoes
-brown or white rice, whichever you prefer
-whole eggs
-egg whites
-cream with nesquik added
-chocolate bars
-ice cream
-natural peanut butter

The list goes on and on. Your diet is really terrible; I will go so far as to say you aren't even close to ready for the cycle you're on. And being a member here for that long, I can't believe you would start injecting shit into yourself without an endgame (PCT) already in your possession.

I appreciate the help and some ideas on more food choices

I'm good on criticism at the end of the day it won't kill me just make me rethink things. But I do want this pretty bad I don't want to bulk up super huge I'll be extremely happy with atleast 10-12 lbs more mass and definition.
 
I promised myself I wouldn't cycle until I can answer a full pages worth of threads, about the compounds I intend to take, at least. I think it's a good rule of thumb, but it's already too late for you to do that.

I'm really more worried about him not knowing enough about gear itself and what it's going to do to him than his training and diet being shit. If his training and diet is bad, best case scenario he'll gain about 10 pounds on cycle and lose it all when he comes off and waste some gear. Worst case with him not knowing about gear is gyno, trt for life, never having kids, high blood pressure, an infection from not knowing how to inject, injecting into a vain, just to name a few.
