First cycle, worried about gyno.

Hello guys.
Im into week 5 on 500mg testosterone. This is my first cycle and the gains im already getting are crazy.
This night i could not sleep because i was too worried about the gyno. I woke up like 3 times thinking about gyno.
It's about my nipples, i noticed that they have changed. I think this happened a few days ago since now my testosterone are currently at the highest level.
Im aware that if im getting gyno it will Tickle first, then prickle a bit of pain, my friend even said the pain later can be really big.
The changes i noticed so far in my nipples are:
-They are larger and bigger and they are soft.
My friend told me that if im getting gyno that nipples become sensitive at first. They are not for me.
The only thing that changed is visual, no tickling or pain or sensitive nipples.
I have nolvadex of course.

Please tell me what happens. And will my nipples get to normal shape once i finish my cycle?

You need aromasin or arimidex to stop estrogen not nolva, nolva is for pct

i would start with Aromasin at 12.5mg/ed and go from there,if need be increase to 25mg/day depending on how bad it is,if worse comes to worse,you might consider Letro,but donet go there yet,just go witth aromasin to start with,alot of it may be in your head

Fluctuating estrogen levels can cause the appearance change in your nipples. When cycling, your estrogen levels rise, as well as test levels, through aromatization...meaning your body converts the exogenous test to estrogen to keep homeostasis. Like hungry and bullseye said, make an AI(Aromatize Inhibitor) a part of your cycle to prevent estrogen related sides.

But what would happen if i don't use Aromasin or Arimidex? A friend told me that i don't need it. Im asking because im my country these two drugs are REALLY expansive.

You should always have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for cycles...as you said this is your first cycle, how do you know how your body is going to respond to the test? How do you know you are not gyno prone? What country do you live in? How are the customs? You should get Aromasin or Adex for on cycle, and also what is your post cycle therapy (pct) set up?

They're a few stickies on first cycle things and post cycle therapy (pct) info that could help you before its too late. Sponsors on this site have it and its not expensive, way better than ending up with a pair of tits. There was a recent thread about always using a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during a cycle even if u dont feel symptoms ir if your not gyno prone, had blood tests posted showing high estro.

I don't know man, i've been checking out forums a lot before i started my cycle, and my brother is much more educated than me. Noone even mentioned Arimidex and Aromasin on Serbian forums at all. It's just not popular here.
I guess it's not popular because it's so expansive. The price of it is higher than testosterone and nolvadex together.
The only thing i got is nolvadex and another thing that my brother is holding in the fridge (i don't know the name of it). But let me guess it's something like "HGC" i think. All i know about that substance is that i have to use it in the last week of my cycle and it have to be kept in the cold area fridge. It's stored in the same glass as a testosterone i think it's in an ampoule and my brother bought two of them i think. He said hes gonna keep it in his fridge because he lives alone and in my houuse someone could see it in my fridge (which i don't want of course).

letro is always an option if it gets bad, but i think a lot may be in your head. i remember i use to worry about gyno all the time when i first started

HCG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_chorionic_gonadotropin)...this is used on cycle prior to PCT to get your testes producing testosterone again due to being shutdown from use of AAS.

Nolvadex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamoxifen)...used for post cycle therapy (pct), kind of old school as there are better alternatives out there.

Aromasin is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor comprised of the active drug Exemestane. Designed as part of a treatment plan in the fight against breast cancer, especially in postmenopausal women due to the nature by-which it actively reduces the flow of estrogen, an enemy for breast cancer patients, by its very action Aromasin has found a welcomed home in the performance enhancing world.

Very similar in many ways to other aromatase inhibitors, particularly Arimidex and Letrozole, Aromasin has some characteristics unique unto its own. Like all aromatase inhibitors Aromasin is useful to the steroid using athlete in the prevention of unwanted side-effects such as Gynecomastia and excess water retention. By its mode of action Aromasin inhibits the conversion of estrogen in the body; as many anabolic steroids convert to estrogen after administration due to the aromatase process, Aromasin actively inhibits this process. By its inhibiting nature the total amount of estrogen in the body is reduced and blocked from binding thereby preventing common associated adverse side-effects.

Just do some research and see that it is a good rule of thumb to have this on hand for these reasons.

There are a few places here in the US that you can get it pretty inexpensive, just how tight is your customs?
