First Cycle - Would like a critique please

I've done a decent amount of research but I was hoping to get some input from you guys. I know there's tons of other threads that probably look just like this one, but getting some personal feedback would really help me.

Age: 27 years old, male, ~193lb, ~16% body fat

Training: Been in the gym since I was about 14, but really have only been truly consistent over the past 2.5 years or so.

Diet: Currently bulking after my last cut. I am eating ~3100 cals every day. About 180g protein, 80-100g fat, then remainder of left over calories as carbs. If I have a hockey game or other sport activity, I eat an extra 500-600 calories.

Lifts: Currently on a med to higher volume routine, 3x per week. Monday is chest & tri, (abs and stretch tues and thurs), Weds is Back & bi, and Friday is legs & shoulders. I generally do about 12-15 working sets per muscle group.

Planned Cycle: Test E only, 500mg per week, split into 2 pins, 250mg each on Monday and Thursday. Probably looking to do a 12 week cycle, then wait 2 weeks, then start PCT. Cycle will be as follows:

Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test E, 500iu of HCG, .25mg Adex EOD starting week 2
Weeks 13-15: 500 iu of HCG, Adex as needed?
Weeks 16-19: Clomid 50/50/50/50 & Nolva 40/40/20/20

Other: 2x3cc syringe, 25 18-23g needles for pulling liquid, and 25x 25g needle for pins.

Thanks for reading. Please let me know where I am missing things or could use tweaking. I plan on getting blood work done soon as well so I can have a base starting point for that as well.

Mix HCG and Test in same syringe for your twice weekly dosage. How tall are you?

Okay.

5' 10, I forget the word for the body type... But I'm basically the opposite of the "skinny hard gainer" body type.

Additionally... I did just read the "cycling for beginner" sticky. There's a few minor differences between that and the cycle I was about to do. If that's the accepted and most up to date first cycle, I can literally just copy that.
 
Run the HCG at 500iu weekly, use 2 shots (250iu's and 250iu's). Use the insulin needles for those guys, you can construct the hcg and store the remaining in the freezer so it doesn't go bad. I believe I started my AI on the second week, not the first. Wait an additional week to run your pct, so 3 weeks and not 2. Starting Clomid at 100 seems aggressive, 50 @ 4 weeks should be fine. Also rotate your injection sites even if you feel fine. They'll get sore 4-5 weeks in if you only pin in two places. I know you mentioned blood work but be sure to get pre, mid, and post, seems like a lot of people skip out or for mid they'll get the same test as pre. It won't really tell you how good your gear is, it's worth the extra $25. If you stick around you'll make friends and find sources, this site is very knowledgeable.

Thanks for that, I will be sure to do it. Is their a guide within this forum on how to mix the HCG and Test? I watched a youtube guide on how to properly draw the fluid & pin, but nothing on mixing.

Is there anybody here that can fill me on on those details, sooner, rather than later? I'm looking to start no later than Dec 1, so I can finish my bulk by March 1, and start my 12 week cut and finish that by June 1.
 
Personally I take my Test and HCG separately.

I pin Test IM and HCG SubQ.

I just find it easier this way, but everyone has their own methods.
 
I m with BB; I personally don t mix water based and oil based compounds...but that s me, him and most other guys.
 
Guys, another quick question: during the weeks between last pin and pct, could I run winstrol to help lean out and harden up? Would three weeks be enough?

Seems like sides with winny could be harsh though. Anavar seems like a popular choice to stack, too. I will keep doing more research

Adfitionally, is it ok to eat at maint. Cals during pct as I won't really be bulking like I would be on cycle?

now im a bit concerned about your diet.. what are your goals with this cycle??

Goal is adding lean mass. I want to minimize bloat and fat gains because im not currently at a low body fat. Im probably around 16 to 17 percent if I.could guess. I need to get calipered soon.

I respect your opinion. May you elaborate? Most studies I've read say 1g/lb of lbm is adequate. On cycle should that be upped? I was going to reduce carbs after cycle to get rid of bloat that I'd gain.

Can you comment on using anavar?

the fact that youre only eating 3100 calories on this cycle is a red flag in itself based off your stats...

I did not originally, but after browsing around here a bit and some other forums, it seems like a product some guys use to stack with test.

well with the macros that you did give me i calc 370g carbs... and thats just to hit 3100 calories??

i would start at 3500 calories.. with a 2-300 calorie increase every 2 to 3 weeks based on total weight gained weekly

Yup, that seems about right. I have a lsrge amount of rice, potatoes etc with dinner.

Ok I will do this. And how much protein? Based on the advice above, I should be around the 270 to 300g range.
