this is my first cycle ever....on dec. 7th im starting
10 week cycle of sustanon(test 250)
one shot of 250mg's every sunday for 10 weeks.
3 weeks after, clomid
300-1st day
100-2-11th day
50-12th-22nd day

my protien intake will be around 200 for the first month, 300 second month and maybe 350 for the rest of the cycle....
working out 6 days a week, focusing on one/two main groups each day.
diet will stay at about the same, only better watching fats and carbs, and raising protien intake.
i will sleep for atleast 8 hours and maybe more each night (lucky me, having a flexible job schedule and im not in school right now)
my workouts will probably be 2 hours long (because i rest enough between each set)
WORKOUT:
monday-biceps
tuesday-back/lats--legs
wednesday-triceps--abs
thursday-traps/forearms--legs
friday-chest
saturday-cardio

more to come...

4 shakes a day at 30g's per shake...
morning, wake up, shake for breakfast with oatmeal/eggs.
at work, shake, lunch
before workout shake
after workout shake
dinner
eat whatever before bed...
tuna,turkey,meats,eggs, egg whites,oatmeal, peanut butter..etc...
 
im injecting the first one tonight at 5pm and starting the dieting tomorrow when i wake up....i plan to play a full game of full contact football tomorrow, so i will post later with all details on what happend
 
With all due respect but if you have such a non-existent diet and a training day for biceps only why the fuck are you going to use steroids allready ?
I suggest you try to count your total calories per day and if needed (I'm quite sure it'll be) make sure you eat more and stay away from the steroids for awhile
 
you already started... so first of all... bump it up to 500mg, 250mg 2 times a week... if you don't want to do that, shoot 125mg 2 times a week, your blood levels are gonna be really unstable, and your only really going to be utilizing less than 200mg of test, because the short esters will be gone by the 3rd day after injection... you should of used a long single ester test if you were only shooting once a week and a low dose like that... and for your split, if you want to do bicepts alone, i would say put them after back in the rotation, not before, or at least put a rest day in between them because it can bring down your back workout if they are sore... anyway, i doubt you will change much to your cycle since you already started, so good luck anyway... keep us posted on your results...
