My last thread got deleted for some reason, so here we go again.
I've planned a 10 week cycle of Sustanon, followed by a 3 week PCT.
But first, a little about myself. I'm 28, 202lbs at 6'. I have been training for over 4 years now. When i started lifting i was 180 lbs. I have just come off a high protein / low carb diet that dragged on for 3 months, losing me 18lbs worth of body fat. I want to make some serious muscle gains, so here i am!
My cycle is as follows;
Weeks 1 - 10
Sustanon 250 injected twice weekly (Friday/Tuesday), at 250mgs per inject for a total of 500mgs weekly.
Weeks 13-16
Clomid at 50mgs ED
Aromasin at 12.5mgs ED
I am unable to source HCG at the moment, but i will keep trying.
Training is 5 days per week;
Monday
Shoulders/Tri's
Tuesday
Back/Hamstrings
Wednesday
Abs (mid week rest day)
Thursday
Chest/Bi's
Friday
Legs
Saturday & Sunday
REST!
My diet is going to be 3500 calories daily, spread over 6 meals. It is an adaptation of the diet i just came off. Carbs and fats have been boosted to increase the caloric content. Protein content is already 250 grams per day. All foods are clean, and the protein intake will be supplemented with WPC in order to keep costs down.
