I'm 20 years old and I'm looking into starting my first cycle. I've been lifting pretty hard for 5 years and I'm just not getting the results I'm looking for. I'm 6'4 240 lbs. What would be a good cycle to tone up and add some muscle definition? I don't want to put to much money into it but I do understand that you get what you pay for.

There's no cheap way bro. you've got to commit. it's not just about what your pinning, you've got diet, supplements, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), post cycle therapy (pct), vitamins, bloodwork etc to buy. It costs alot of money, it's a way of life :cool:
 
I didn't say I wanted to spend 50 bucks and look like Arnold. I just don't wanna drop like 5 grand on the shit
 
honestly bro, I think you should keep up the hard work and introduce an over-the-counter thermogenic before turning to pro hormones or any other alternatives. You're only 20, if you dedicate yourself to proper diet, proper lifting and proper supplementation you can achieve great results. Taking the "fast way out" just isnt the way to go.

BUT with that being said...I am a fan of Body Image Nutritions Winnivar Xtreme. But, especially taking your size into consideration, you really want to be strict on your diet and cardio while taking anabolics so you just dont bloat up. You want to treat a pro-hormone just like you would an AAS. This means taking the proper OCT and PCT protocols.

You want an edge? look into these

1. Preworkout/NO Supp
2. Creatine Monohydrate
3. DAA powder
4. ECA satck
5. SARMs (Mk-2866 and Gw-501516)

All these supplements will give you a noticeable boost...The top of the list is more common supplements with the bottom of the list more aggressive substances.

The key here is that none of them will shutdown your natural production of testosterone like pro-hormones or steroids will. At 20 years old your body is still developing (Maybe not so much your height but also your endocrine/hormonal system)...you don't want to risk taking a ph fucking yourself up and wind up on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) @30yo for the rest of your life....

Your test levels are more than likely at their highest, don't mess with them...Plus these supplements I have listed provide serious gains with proper diet and training
 
Thanks guys. I've been reading up on all of it and I'm gonna wait awhile before I get into it. What are your thoughts on the hgh drops? Or will they have the same effects as the test? Can't find any reliable info on them

HGH drops are bull shit. All these guys above have given you great advice. I would look into DAA, sarms, or possibly peptides at your age.
