No one can give you a magic guideline to go off of, everyone reacts differently.

At 251lbs and out of shape perhaps a good workout program and a diet plan should be first before a cycle. Without a good base you will be taking too much risk for gains that will just disappear right after. How long have you been working out and other info is needed too like slayer mentioned.
