Well finally got the balls to do my first injection. Heart was pounding like hell but it went well. Shot my bi... didn't even feel it.
stats 5'10", 211, 15%, 29yrs.
Goals for first cycle get to 220-225 and drop bf.
1-10 wks test c 200mg every 3rd day
letro and clomid PCT
 
end week one... now at 215 and about 13%...slight strength gain..a lot of soreness about two days later from injection...not sure why.

Pain at the injection site a few days later is completely normal. It's just your body getting used to the actual injection and the compound you are injecting. No need to worry. Keep us updated on how it goes.
 
Begining of the third week and getting stronger. injections are still leaving me sore for a couple of days. Everyone is telling me that I am looking huge. IMO I have not meet my goals yet. I have alot more work to do...

Arrgh! I hate bicep injections.
 
Catching up on the posts...week four was bad due to turkey day.

work outs suffered as well as diet. Shot my R calf and that was a mistake. no pain...no bleeding...went smooth...or so I thought. Day two hit and I had a noticable pimp limp...Leg swoll up had cankles for two days.

To make matters worse I slipped and pulled my L sartorius... I have never strained this muscle nor Have I know any one else to have do this as well...but let tell you all how much we take this muscle for granted when we put on our shoes.

Huge gains in strength size slowly increasing.
 
Week five was much better... strength has gone through the roof...Shot my Tris and had swelling and got hot on and around the injection site. Shot too fast? Hit something that caused th swelling

Wt up to 220lbs...making progress!
 
Week six...This week I shot my quads and felt good no pain minimal sorness. My training is better with no holidays and no injuries. I hi a personal best on the bench at 315 for the first time this week and moved up to 120 dumbells. Felt fing great. Legs have been feeling good strength has stayed the same but size has increased.

120db's isn't to shaby.I think you can do more on bench though.I was rep'ing
315 when I was doing 105 db's.But everyone is diffrent.Keep it up!
 
no increase in endurance ajusaf bench increased from about a 270 1rm to 315 1rm. DBs increase from - 90 to 100 for 8-10 reps to 120 for 8-10 reps.

The 315 Is getting alittle easier I will move up at the first of the year.

A Little Help here

Hey I've been reading your posts. I'm on my second cycle and I'm looking for a new place to shoot. I started my test and deca cycle about three weeks ago, gains are a little slower than my first cycle, but anyway. I've been shooting my thighs, just recently I developed a decent size lump and some redness, it itches like a M/F. Any info would be much apprec.........

Just start a new thread and your question will be answered, it has nothing to do with these threads you are bumping.
