First Cycle

185 lbs, 5'9" 25% bf.

I wanted to start a cycle and wanted to clear it with you guys :).
8 week cycle, Sus only, 1 - 2 amps a weeks.

If this is ok, let me know how often to inject and what I need to make sure i dont get gyno?

Also, is the stuff to prevent gyno over the counter?
 
your good to go man, i would up it to 4 amps per week and run it for 12 weeks, start your post cycle therapy (pct) on week 15. run some d's at 80mg per day for 4 weeks to kick start.
i promis you u will have good gains

I have no clue.. What is suggested? Everyone I talk to my way give me different answers so im lost..

Sus is the only thing I can get my hands on. My friend told me 1 - 2 amps a week for 8 weeks.

My main concern was not getting gyno and making the best out of the cycle.
But i have no idea for PCT... give me some knowledge!

You can gain A LOT more size naturally before cycling. Getting your diet and training in order should be your first priority and you'll get ten times more out of your cycle (when you cycle) if you get these things down first.
 
I just had to reply on this thread. Please dont listen to superscotty. His first post, and its all horrible advice for a newbie first cycle. At 185, 25% you should get your diet in order, lift hard, and hit the treadmill. With that high of a body fat % you could risk heart problems by adding Testosterone at high doses.

If you dont know what post cycle therapy (pct) is, you better start reading, reading, and reading. Knowledge is the key, dont rush into this for a quick "Spring Break Fix" Use the search feature on this board, and absorb all you need to know.

After you lower your bf, and know enough, then come back and see if you are ready. But dont do this now, your gonna end up hurting yourself.

At 185lbs and 25% bodyfat he would only weigh about 153 if he cut down to about 6% bodyfat. And this is at 5'9".

A cycle is the last thing he should be doing.
