Been dieting and working hard for over a year to establish a good platform to build off of. Run a lot an have a vey active lifestyle. Diet usually consist of oats with egg whites in morning/ fruit mid morning shake, wheat bread and tuna or a pre made lunch with brown rice and lean meat or chicken evening shake. Late evening workout and high protein dinner with tons of grilled veggies. Have a long athletic history and have always trained and been healthy. Been reading these forums for a long time and finally got the nads to join and ask for some help. Have test cyp. 250mg/ml. 30ml. total and want to lock down oct and pct. have seen many different opinions and it can be hard to take in sometimes. Been leaning up for a while and ready to bulk a little. Open for good suggestions.
