howard... your routine looks good :) i for one personally coughed up the cash to train with dante himself, it was welll worth it, but unfortunatly i got injured (not training related, i got hit by a car) but when i was training the gains were unreal. the diet is probably the single most important part, and getting enough sleep is up there too. you dont grow when you are in the gym, you grow with that belly full of protein when your sleeping. DC training is amazing, it works absolute wonders when followed correctly.

you will see some great gains im sure :) lift big, and eat bigger
 
thanks w00t. Sorry to hear about the injury, how's the healing? Returning to the gym soon?

healing is good... it happened about 6 months ago, im back in the gym now.. but i cant squat cuz my knees are all messed up :( but doc says ill be all back to normal eventually... howard if you have any questions feel free to pm me, ill help ya out best i can :)
