I'm 25yrs of age about 5'8" and roughly 10st and looking to start my first ever cycle. I've been training hard for about 5yrs with a healthy clean diet. I do weight training about 3x a wk but mostly do a lot of cardio and gym classes (circuits, tabata, kettlebells) most days to keep my fitness up as I compete in kickboxing. I'm looking to bulk up slightly and build on my strength but I can't afford to put my weight up dramatically because of competing. I have done lots of research but pls tell me if I'm wrong.
So this is my plan so far
1-12wks test e twice wk (mon-thurs) at 0.5ml so total of 1ml/250mg each wk! ( is this enough?
3-12wks arimidex at 5mg EOD
14-18wks post cycle therapy (pct) pls advice me on this? Clomid or nolva? And will I need HCG For beginning of post cycle therapy (pct) cycle?
