First month on Clomid and blood test results

I'm a 34-year-old male and my testosterone was in the low 200s. I've been taking 25mg of Clomid every other day for 1 month. My recent blood test results were:

Total test: 800
LH: 7.5
Estradiol: 59

Should I be worried about the estrodiol being high? I'm on Clomid because I'm still trying for one more child.

Nice. Just back off the clomid if you want. But you're a month in so its early. I'm not sure what the best approach is for lowering estradiol while on clomid. If you discontinue the clomid estradiol will fall in range.
My estradiol is at 36.5 pg/ml with TT 412 currently with no meds.
I imagine if I went on clomid I would have estradiol levels sinilar to yours.

That is starting to get up there a bit for estradiol. Nothing to panic about though. I would probably add some Aromasin or Arimidex though. It would not take much to knock it back down. Most guys find that they like to be between 20-40pg/ml.

I should ask though whether or not you had the Sensitive Estradiol assay done? What normal range was provided? If you did not get the sensitive assay, please have that lab run before you begin using an AI.

In canada there is no sensitive assay. Only regular Estradiol.
I looked into it. No luck.
