first ph.... newbie

stats and quick history: 5'9" 185lb 12% bf 24 years old
lost 120 lbs in the last two years eating lean meats complex carbs and fruits/veggies
going 1 for 1 (fat loss to lean muscle gain) these past 4 months so am seeing very slow recomp
diet is perfectly dialed in and has been consistent for over a year, solid bodybuilding weight training for 3 years now

well my question really is with what little I know about ph's and pct's I am considering starting a ph cycle
looking for some newbie help as to which ones are good to start with, what i should look for side effect wise, which pct's and how many i should use after the cycle, and just basic beginner information for a very avid committed bodybuilder.

read the stickies here they really have alot of great info.also far as a good ph to start with 6 mdrol looks like a pretty mild yet effective ph
 
im a little unsure of what the serm is used for and am unfamiliar with forma stanzol. looking into both now, and the hcgenerate is the part of the post cycle therapy (pct) from the looks of it? from another post i see halocore as one of the most basic with DAA, CA, and some sort of post cycle therapy (pct) , does that sound like a good start or is your suggestion pretty basic
 
You need to do a lot of research before starting this. Read the stickies as has already been mentioned. If you don't know what something is, learn to use Google.

once you read the stickies this will make more sense but a basic cycle would look like this

6mdrol 4 caps a day split into 2 doses so 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the evening
cycle support- n2guard standard bottle dosing
forma stanzol to help with water weight,leaning and gyno effects -standard dosing
serm-tamoxifen citrate--20mg to 40mg daily for 4 weeks.
 
I found a lot of good prohoromes and post cycle products from strongsupplementshop.com
They have hard to find supplements like halodrol, max lmg, superdrol, cyanostane.
