500mg of test enan a week, 10 weeks.

Formestane during the cycle.
-with CycleSupport(anabolic innovations)

Nolva for post cycle therapy (pct), 40/40/20/20
-with AxisLabs HyperTest
-cialus in case of business.
-maybe st john wart for mood. i get real depressed during post cycle therapy (pct) for the PHs i have taken in the past

am I good? formestane is much chepar the adex and exemstane..

Looks ok but let me give you some advise.

Test at 500mg a week 1-10 or 12 if you can.
You need aromisin or adex on hand just in case not forma.

I recommend hcg but if you can't find it then I guess you just do a good post cycle therapy (pct).
I personally would not use just nolva for a post cycle therapy (pct). I would use torem or cloned with the nolva if you already have it.

Torem 90,90,60,30
Clomid 50,50,50,50

If you get aromisin (exemestane) run it all the way thru pct at 12.5mg a day or 25mg depending on whether you see any estro sides. If you choose adex, .5mg eod during cycle if needed then run thru pct .5 EOD for two weeks then .25 eod for two weeks.


The biggest thing here is you need to eat and eat and train hard. If you do not increase cals you won't make gains. 3500-4000 cals a day should be fine.

No problem hope everything goes well. Just keep in mind you need to eat and train heavy to grow. By week four you should start seeing an increase in strength and start adding some weight.

Have you started the cycle yet and did you already get everything?

pct will be .5 adex EOD for 2 weeks, then .25 EOD for 2 weeks,
and clomid will be 50/50/50/50

these will both be started on the 14th day after my last test injection
(actaully, i am already doing adex at .5 EOD)

I just got some HCGenerate. reviews cant lie. i am going to give it a unbiased try and see how it works. I have a girlfriend I need to continue to slay.

when should i start taking the test booster?
i was thinking..a week before my pct starts?
or on the same day i start the clomid?

Honestly I wouldn't use the test booster. Here's the problem, most of them font really work, they usually just end up causing an increase in estro which will cause a negative feed back and keep hpta surpressed.

Just run your clomid and nolva and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) according to how you feel. If libido is really dropping or joint pain back off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) a bit.

You should be just fine and you may have a decrease on libido but might not.

i had my internet cut off a while, im back online now.

cycle went will. unfortunatly, the last 3 weeks of my cycle were wasted because my diet and training was off. not due to lazyness, just external factors and things hapening in my life.

but the first 7 weeks went great. gained about 13lbs total. No fat.. pure lean gains.

i am one week into my pct, my stregnth has had some decrease, but not much( and i make up for it with finishing out with higher reps with lower weight at the end of my sets). I am focusing on form and technique, not explosive power.

i ended up using the test booster, but only going to use it for 2 weeks cause its helping my mood and still giving me that "drive" - u know that feeling im talking about. i will stop using it after i drop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) down to .25 EOD so i keep my estrogen levels under control.

also using NOS for prework out drink. giving me a good pump and from pooping out half way through my work out

all in all...my PCT feels great. I am not feeling that crash as badly as I did when I took prohormones. TEST is the only thing I will EVER run anymore, period. (in moderation of course)

one question though, USERat204 you referenced the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (adex) as possibly causing joint pain?
my fingers joints and knuckles have been feeling super stiff and achy lately..is this teh AI?
