Hey guys I'm looking at ordering a sarms stack for mass. I've been out of the gym roughly a year and keen to get back and put back on the gains I once had. I'm 30, 6'1, 78kg. Also any pct advice would be great.
IMO. I think getting back into the habit/routine of the gym and proper nutrition would be a good step before jumping into something. From my experience and others similar scenarios, it tends to be more long lasting and effective. Many ways of going about that, even the sponsors here got solid advice via nutrition forum stickys etc etc.
But as far jumping onto a Sarms stack. Depends on what makes the most sense for you. I'd get bloods done. First and foremost. Than research each sarm/ppar receptor agonist/serm etc etc individually (also a sticky under sarm dosing and also has deep explain action of each) and see what makes the most sense. As far as pct goes. I'd get that handled before anything. Any cycle is only as good as the PCT.
nolva/clomid are my go-to's.
For mass, I would go with Osta and GW50. The Osta for the mass, as it is only slightly suppressive (LGD is much better for mass, but it is completely suppressive) and the GW for the endurance and recovery improvements it offers.
