Hey all. My journey to leanness. I am 5'10" 235 lbs @15-20%(?) fat. 40" belly at navel.
My diet is based on Fat Loss Forever by Romaniello.
Basicly a wave of intermittent fasting methods.
Training with my own methods. I will use my home gym which is a bench and 300lbs olympic set.
I will train 5 days with weights. Mon, Wed, Fri - EDT-HST combo. Tue, Thu - Complexes (HIIT). Sat, Sun - Body Squat/Pushup Circuit.
Finish my workouts with high rep body Squat.
Dont have access to any chems but I got some N2Slin and will be using it @ 2 caps/day.
