First Steroid Cycle- All Information Included- OPINIONS WANTED!!!

Basic information- I am 24 years old have been lifting since I was 15. I have decided to enter the dark side and do my first cycle of anabolic steroids. I am 6'1 and when I am training hard, which is year round, I weigh in at 220 lbs at approximately 12-14 percent body fat.
I am constantly changing up my diet, but I always have a standard of at least 5 meals a day, I have changed my diet from Paleo (which wasnt very fun), to my bulking diet which is 6-8 meals a day, where I eat a lot of chicken and A LOT of brown rice...enough with the rambling on..here will be my standard cycle diet, note: the weight and strength I gain during cycle- calories will be increased accordingly.

5:30 AM- Wake up: Protein shake- 1-2 scoops of Syntha-6, handful of spinach, 1 serving of almond butter, 2 cups of almond milk, 1 banana, or handful of berries.
7:30 AM- 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites. 1-2 servings of oatmeal. 16 oz of low fat or skim milk (whats your opinion on milk???)
10-11 AM- Pre-workout Snack: Banana or apple with 1 serving of almond butter. 1 scoop of whey protein.

1-2 PM- Post Workout Shake: 2 scoops of Whey Protein, 12 oz of almond milk. 1 serving of oatmeal, or organic pumpkin (good carbs),Handful of spinach.

4 PM- First Dinner (Very Simple): Salad... Two whole chicken breasts, Two handfuls of Kale or spinach. Handful of berries in salad. 2 servings of brown rice, or Quinoa (love this stuff so much more than rice).

6:30 PM- Second Dinner: 1-2 chicken breasts, or other lean meat. 16 oz of low-fat or skim milk, or chocolate. 1-2 servings of brown rice.

9-10 PM- Bedtime Protein Shake: 2 Scoops of Casein, 1 serving of almond butter. (Probably just blend with water.)
Note: I will be drinking at least 64 oz of water daily!

On cycle supplements: Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men: 3 times a day-- Syntha-6 Protein, Optimum Nutrition Standard Casein, And Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein-- Fish Oil: 2-3 times a day-- AminoX (BCAA's): twice a day-- Animal Rage and Animal Pump for pre-workout-- And Animal Flex (joint support)-- And MusclePharm ZMAs before bed for good sleep and recovery.

My training routine is very simple. I follow the Westside Barbell template with some of my own modifications added to it. Its the same routine, I just add more exercises in my workout, So during cycle I will be training 4-6 times a week.

Finally the GEAR I AM PLANNING ON USING!!! Testosterone Enenthate 2 injections a week 250 mg each at 500 mg a week for 10 weeks. Cycle Assist: Arimidex if needed. PCT: Nolvadex and Clomid two weeks after last injection at 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50 ED.
Orrrr... Testosterone Propionate: 3 injections a week EOD. 600 mg a week, 200 mg each injection. For 10 weeks. Cycle assist and PCT same as said above. Or should I start PCT sooner with propionate?

Everyone let me know what you think. Give me your opinions and any advice that you have for me. Id love to do this the right way, and get some sick gains.
 
I think you have done your homework. Id run the test e instead of the test p. With everything you have laid out you should put on some nice weight. Good luck and enjoy it
 
You have no idea how much "homework" I have done!!! I am so worried I am missing some little detail that is going to F*** me over! The only reason I am kind of leaning towards Test P is that I have read you see the gains sooner, and that gains are more solid mass and less water retention according to how diet is.
 
What do you think I'll be able to gain and keep on either of these cycles? I have also read you can gain just as much on Test P, with any of the other Test esters, and is easier to maintain after cycle because of the shorter ester? Opinion?
 
Yes everything looks good, I'd look into hcg though twice a week as it definitely helps the boys stay in play and a faster recovery. You'd hate pinning eod with prop for d first cycle stick to test c or e. good luck
 
You can gain the same it all comes down to diet truthfully water bloat can be controlled I'm running test c at the moment on week 5 and I've been controlling the bloat with Adex so far so good.
 
This is a refreshing thread to say the least. Someone who's at the right age, knows how to train, knows how to eat, and knows how to research. Good job kid.

The only advice I can offer you is leg day and diarrhea don't go well together.
 
HCG for post cycle? Not during cycle right? And maybe I wouldnt like it, I obviously dont know what injecting AAS feels like yet. But needles never bothered me, I had to get a lot of shots during my teenager years for my allergies. Is HCG an absolute MUST for a first cycle or would Nolvadex and Clomid be enough?
 
looks good man , id suggest running the test e , u need to pin prop eod , much more injections which is not ideal when u are still not accustomed to it . also prop hurts like hel on virgin muscle. test e only , however id extend the cycle to 12-14 weeks max . arimidex .5 eod ( USE IT ) dont just have it on hand , arimidex controls estrogen and sides , even sides u cannot see , use it to prevent them , not take care of them when u get them . pct 2 weeks after as u stated , good luck , u may also want to consider looking into hcg . i think is a worthy addon to recovery , good luck

Hcg is used on cycle mate and then blasted in the last ten days. It's not an absolute must but if you want faster recovery and your testiculas not to shrink then its the way forward. Your pct is good

I will probably decide to just run it for the 10 days straight towards the end of my cycle, So I inject the HCG every day for 10 days, is that correct? Then obviously make sure the last day is 5 days before PCT.
 
My mistake I didnt mean towards the end of my cycle on last post. So I would start HCG right after cycle for 10 days straight, then stop 5 days, then start Nolva and Clomid?
