First TEST-E cycle 500mg

THURSDAY 13th SEPTEMBER 11:00

Well had my first 500mg on thursday night kept everything nice and clean have to say it was painless.
Got about 3 hours sleep must be down to the shot adreniline rush from it being my first or summit.

Breakfast: 4 egg omlette (3 whites 1 whole) tomato , red onion
Pre Workout: Protein bar
Post Workout: Protoplex Shake
Lunch: 1 and a half cans of tuna drained with sweetcorn 2 slices wholemeal bread.
Dinner: Chicken Curry (low Carb Diebetic mix)
Before Bed: 2 eggs (1 white 1 whole)

Workout:

Flat Bench 4 X 8-10
Incline Dumbell 4 X 8-10
Cable Flyes 4 X 8-10
Dips 4 X 15-8

Not expecting any changes at the moment but good workout all the same. Startin to feel a bit of warmth at injection site dunno if its normal will keep an eye on it.

Shoulders:

Arnold press 4 x 8-10
One arm dumbell press 4 x 8-10
Standing lateral raises 4 x 8-10
Bent over lateral raises 4 x 8-10
Reverse grip barbell shoulder press 4 x 8-10
Seated dumbell shrugs 3 x 10-15

Ass is feeling really sore at injection site and seems to be swelling a bit from what ive heard i shouldnt be feeling this much pain with TEST-E
 
SATURDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 14:00

Ass is still sore and swollen can still walk but bending down or squatin is outta the question feels like someone tied a knot in my ass muscle. probs just being a bitch bout it 'no pain no gain'
 
SUNDAY 16th SEPTEMBER

Ass still hurts but seems to be getting a bit better still swollen and warm tho resting today hoping to return to training tomorrow.
 
MONDAY 17th SEPTEMBER

Went to docs turns out Ive got an infection at the injection site dunno how the hell it happened everything was sterile and followed protocall, anyway Im on antibiotics now so Im officially at a stand still :(

Mr 1% here if theres a chance it'll happen to me.
 
one shot and infection? That really sucks bro. I've had the sites get warm and sore and even get all red in about a foots worth of diameter but it goes away. I've had small lumps that go away too. i'm sure the body can fight off giving a few days

How long does it usually take the pain/ redness/ warmth to go away for you?

summit called CLP pharmacuticals they seem legit I know a few guys who use it and get good results thats why I thought Id give it a shot. one shots all it took lol.

I'd say when i get it, which is rare, about a full week.

I'm donig eod injections though. Some are painless going in and no pain the day after. Others are painless going in and painful the next day. Some are painful going in. It's all hit and miss really. My firt two pec shots were completely painless. Every shot after has been utter pain and the restrict me from doing much work. Most success with glute shots
 
dude u need to at least double your food intake! you should try get at leat 5 meals in per day @ 600 calories each excluding a few protein shakes. I find a good breakfast would be a protein shake (2 scoops..i have 1 scoop whey and 1 egg&milk powder (slow release)), a bowl of unprocessed oatmeal and a couple slices of wholegrain toast with peanutbutter (good fats) and honey if u like it...thats about 700 calories with good protein, good fat and good carbs..then repeat withevery 2.5 hours with similar good quality food.

al give that breakfast a shot im still trying to force my body to consume this amount of food at tha mo. lol
 
Monday 17th September

Infection still sore antibiotics seem to be doing the trick still swollen and warm but redness seems to be going away a bit.

Flat Bench Press wide Grip 4 x 15 - 8
Flat Bench Press stdrd Grip 4 x 15 - 8
Incline Dumbell Press 4 x 10 - 8
Cable Flyes 4 x 15 - 8
Dumbell Flyes 4 x 10 - 8

Barbell Bicep Curl 3 x 15-10-8 up the weight drop the reps
Seated Bicep Curl 3 x 12-10-8 '' ''
Cable Curls 4 x 12-10
Preacher Curls 4 x 10 up the weight after each set

Breakfast: 4 eggs (3 whites 1 whole)
2 slices wholmeal toast with Peanut Butter
aminos

Lunch: Tuna with Baked Potato

Dinner: Chicken Grilled with salad

Supper: 2 eggs (1 white 1 whole)
 
Sadley Im gonna have to cut real short on my cycle due to possible contamination of bottle and what not. Not sure what the problem is entirely so to be safe Im gonna bin my stuff and start from scratch. I personally doubt it but do ya rekkon i need to worry about post cycle therapy (pct) after 1 shot?

That's to bad bro and my worst nightmare.....main reason why I made my own gear...if you want something done right do it yourself.

I'd still run a post cycle therapy (pct) to be on the safe side..why risk it ?

yeah seems to be a good call with my track record. Bust knee, shit gear and then man boobs that would just top it off. This has been a bad year for me. lol
