First Test e cycle

I am here looking for advice and I appreciate any help that can be provided. I am 27 years old, I trained for 5 years then took some time away from the gym and began Mtn. biking and rock climbing. I have started back in the gym and I am currently 200 lbs 5'9". Bench=240x2, Squat=405x1, Deadlift=465x1. I am looking to push my strength and appearance to the next level. I will be taking test e 250, 2 shots a week. After cycle is finished I will be starting nolva 2 weeks after last shot. I will run 40mgs a day for one week, then 20mgs a day for 2-3 weeks. My diet will be in check, bout 300 grams of protein a day with a lower fat intake. My workouts are as follows:

Mon: primary CHEST/ secondary TRI'S

Tues: primary BACK/ secondary BI'S

Wed: LEGS

Thurs: primary SHOULDERS/ secondary CHEST

Fri: ARMS

Sat: Cleans, Snatch, Deadlifts

Sun: OFF

Saturday's will alternate what is above everyother week, and legs on the other saturday.

Cycle looks good. I would have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand in case of gyno and other estro sided. Try aromisin. Use only if needed.

Nolva is not so good alone. Try toremifene or clomid. I prefer torem at 60,60,30,30

Run test 10 to 12 weeks
Research hcg. For first cycle use it starting the day after last test inject at 500iu a day for ten days, then wait 4 days and start pct

Next cycle Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the entire cycle at 250iu x 2 a week then same after.
 
500mg per week should work fine. Not sure I totally understand the placement of
your PL movements on Saturday. Why not incorporate those movements during
the week. It would leave more grow time (food and rest) on Sat. instead of more destruction in the gym..

Amen. All of these power exercises use so many different muscle groups. Basically the whole body. Why don't you just do them with the muscle group you are working throughout the week? For example: with legs do squats, with back do deadlifts. That's what I do, and have always had sensational results. If doing these power movements with my regular bodypart exercises made me weaker, then I might consider doing them the way you have it planned out. I seriously doubt this is the case for you though, and I'd go ahead and do it the other way.

You ll wind up looking like a fitness fag like me....
 
I'm doing the Saturday workout for the entire body because if I do deadlifts and cleans with my back on Tuesday I tend to be wore out for the duration of the rest of my workout. I intend on switching to one muscle group a day about week 5.

Mon: Chest

Tues: Back

Wed: Legs

Thurs: Arms

Fri: Shoulders

Sat: Deads, Cleans, Snatch

If everyone stills thinks this is too much let me know. I am currently using the plan that I displayed above, and I'm getting bigger and stronger without gear. But since it is my first cycle I'm looking for advice from all you vets out there. Thanks.
 
Sounds like you have a good routine and a good plan for your first cycle. Can't go wrong with 500 mg test for your first cycle. The most important facet of the first cycle for most people is diet. Seriously, it's amazing how much you have to eat to really grow. Dial your diet in and you'll make great gains. You'll probably want to consume around 4k calories a day, 200 gm protein.

Finally, get some BLOOD WORK done BEFORE you cycle. Then, you'll have a baseline for your next cycle (and you will want to do another cycle). You can get your test levels measured for about 50 dollars.
