First Test E Cycle

10-25mg Aromasin Daily
500IU of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week

PCT
Day 1-16 : 1000iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every other day.
100/100/100/50 Clomid
20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin

Age: 22
Been training naturally for 5 years. My current diet is spot on, however, I will be increasing intake while on cycle. The plan is to increase LBM while simultaneously shredding off some body fat. This will be my first cycle ever, what do you guys think?

I would increase to 12 weeks if you can. If not 10 is fine. No need to do an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast and use it on cycle for a cycle like this. Just run 250iu twice a week throughout cycle. post cycle therapy (pct) is overkill. Two weeks after last inject clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20. Aromasin at 12.5 ed if needed, can run all the way through post cycle therapy (pct) at this dose.

I'm looking for someone that plans to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) alone for a post cycle therapy (pct). Dying to see blood work on that person about 3 weeks post post cycle therapy (pct).

Agree with meathead96 , your post cycle therapy (pct) is a bit extreme!

Would Aromasin be a better alternative to Nolva, as I read that Nolva used by itself will decrease IGF-1 receptors and GH while in PCT.

This looks good to me. You can use the aromasin with the nolva/clomid for post cycle therapy (pct). I don't know anything about that but if you want you could just run clomid and aromasin during post cycle therapy (pct) and drop the nolva.

First timer

Ok guys i need some intelligent insight. Im getting ready to start my first cycle as followed:

Week 1-10 1cc/wk test e
Week 1-10 50mg ed proviron
Week 7-10 50-85 mg ed winstrol

PCT
Week 13-14 50 mg ed clomid

I wanted to throw in the proviron for sex drive but also as an anti estrogen thats mild on the liver. Winstrol is optional depending on my water retention by wk 7. I want to stay away from injesting alot at once so ive heard that clomid would be a solid stand alone post cycle therapy (pct). But if i were to add Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) how would my cycle look then? Oh btw is euro king a legit supplier? Not wanting to bulk alot just some muscle mass and a cut definition.

Meant to say 75 mg for the Winstrol (winny) and clomid will end on wk 16 not 14

i dont agree with using anti estrogens while on cycle unless really bad gyno if u are taking even a moderate dose of steroids ur going to be shut down any way keep the anti estrogens and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) foe post cycle therapy (pct) when they are needed and can really do their job just my opinion .

Ok carlos1234 so maybe replace the prov with aromasin ed on cycle Or neither at all and keep nolvadex on hand just in case? I read nolv is alot more toxic to the liver than prov. Im guessing proviron could be a good post cycle therapy (pct) in itself for raising nat test and being anti estrogenic. I read alot of diff. cycles for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), so if i add that to the stack id start right after last shot of test and take for that 2 wk gap bfore post cycle therapy (pct) starts correct? I know im asking alot just want to do this shit right.
