Been lurking on the forums for a while with no account so figured why not now! A little info about myself:

Age: 24
Height: 5'10''
Weight(morning): 182lbs(started at)

Been lifting for several years now, on and off. Got the itch by randomly joining the gym one day and loved the feeling of accomplishment once you busted your ass off to better yourself physically and mentally. It got more serious once the GF left me since I had way more time on my hands!

Now, been hitting steadily for a year now 4 times a week. Since living alone and buying my own food, I've found myself much more concentrated and focused on my goals. Since I only buy what I want to eat it's easier to stay on a clean diet.

As for my first cycle, it goes something like this.

I was told by my friend, who is the one who got me the gear, to run a pyramid cycle. Which I later read was a little bit of a waste. At the same time, still not 100% sure on how "good" the gear is, read mixed reviews. I have seen increases but not as much as I would have thought?

So it went:

MediStar test E 250
Week 1-4 125mg twice a week
Week 5-12 250mg twice a week

Medistar Arimidex
Week 2-12 .5mg EOD (I have yet to see gyno)

PCT 14 days after last pin
clomid/Nolva

Like I mentioned, I've been on the forums for a while and read way more than I ever did in school haha, so I'm currently on my 8th week. I will post pics and stats later on.

Overall feelings; great strength increases, pumps are wild, love feeling like a monster.

Supplement I'm on:

CL Orange Triad multi
ON Fish Oils
MP Whey
Lots of food

Been pinning/drawing with 25G needles. A little slow when injecting I find but quite effortless to break the skin which is nice.

I also do a right delt/left delt right quad/left quad rotation to keep the spots fresh. PIP was pretty intense at times, especially in the begining but that was more than expected considering the virgin muscles and the shaking/nervousness of the first injections! It's been pretty painless as of late, with the rare instances of redness which dissipates within a few days.

Definitely increasing next week.

Today was leg day :) increasing every week!

Squat 3x10 @ 285lbs
Hamstring curls 3x12 @ 135lbs
Hack squat machine 3x12 @ 280lbs
Calf press - no real calf machine at the gym so have to improvise with leg press
Self weighted one foot calf raise
With a calf burnout at the end

30mins bike

Cardio was rough to do but muscled through it and it felt good.

Chest has never been my strong part, I hit it as hard as I can though!

Bench 3x10 @ 245lbs
Inc. bench 3x10 @ 195lbs
Decline DB 3x10 @ 85lbs
Flat flys 3x12 @ 52.5lbs

Bent overhead extension 3x12 @ 130lbs
Reverse ext. 3x12 @ 120lbs
Pushdowns 3x12 @ 130lbs

30mins bike

Went up from last week so all is good!

Also weighed myself on the gym scale. Tipped it exactly 200lbs just before hitting cardio.
 
250mg injection in left delt yesterday, went flawlessly.

.5 arimidex today with back/bi

Behind the neck pulldown 3x12 @ 155lbs
Bent over row 3x10 @ 225lbs
Machine one arm pulls 3x15 @ 120lbs in each hand

One arm bench concentration 3x12 @ 27.5 (have a hard time going up on this)
Front hammer 3x12 @ 40lbs

Felt good today, earphones plugged in and music going.

Chicken, sweet potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, talapia, lean ground beef, whole wheat noodles. Need to make some more greens tomorrow. Things not shown that I eat; ezekiel bread, eggs(whole + whites), natty PB, oats, light mayo.

My breakfast is obviously not included in there, and I'm usually home mid afternoon so I don't need to pack many of them. Lasts me a few days just because I'll eat non-packaged meals when I am home.
 
Did my first AML pin today of 250 TestE. Went smooth! Can't wait to feel to see if there's a good comparison VS the MediStar I had.

Yesterday was chest; triceps seemed to have been failing before my chest which limited my increases.

Weights at the gym I'm at now seem to be heavier than the other one I would go to. Where I was hitting 185 on lat pulldowns, I did 245 at the other. Anyway I train as hard as I can regardless of the weight.

DB flat bench 3x10 @ 100lbs/hand
Incline Flys 3x12 @ 52.5lbs
Incline bench 3x10 @ 195lbs
Decline DB 3x10 @ 85lbs

Bent over machine ext. 3x12 @ 130lbs

Friend said to do a "pyramid" of 250 from weeks 1-4, 500 from 5-8 and back to 250 from 9-12. Needless to say I'm running 500 throughout the rest.
