Honestly, not yet. At roughly week 3-4 my strength shot up all of a sudden and that was only at 250 a week. It's still going up though, just a little slower and more progressive. Waiting for a couple more weeks for my AML to kick in rather than my Medi.
I think my 250x2 is making it's appearance Solid workout yesterday, went up on everything and felt amazing. Feeling horn-dog alot more often! 2 pins into my AML gear aswell.
