First things first clenbuterol

right before even thinking about taken steroids I.e first cycle of test and watever should it be put in place to get my body fat on some clenbuterol and diet,cardio intact first before even thinking about injection ?

what would I need to take with clenbuterol as a beginners guide?

220 lbs
BF - 19%
lifting 5 times a week and Cardio morning

also does clenbuterol effect me in high heat ie 115+ heat?

Yes, clen will raise your body temperature. As long as you drink plenty of water, you should be fine. I've read others waiting till temperatures are cooler before starting clen. Either way, water is key in that sweltering climate.
 
Get your diet dialed in and recover from your oral slip-up. No need to throw new compounds in. Last time you were worried about blood pressure; clen will raise it too- perhaps more so. You may well be miserable in that heat with clen raising core body temp. Eat right and train hard for the next 3 months and you'll be ready for your cycle. Stop looking for shortcuts in the meantime.
 
Clen and other drugs of this nature are intended for those last few pounds, not to drop any serious weight. The risks you take if overweight are very serious, and especially with clen - you could face heart complications.

Master diet and training NOW. Use the fact that you have extra calories in your body to start that process of building muscle with less risk of losing it in the process.

There aren't any short cuts, I absolutely promise you this. If you were to lose fat by taking drugs (Dr's prescribe them too, which I feel is a disservice), you will end up back where you started, and then some if you don't learn how to do it right. I am speaking from personal experience on this.

Currently dieting with sound knowledge on my nutrition,training and cardio.

However a surprise holiday in 6 weeks has meant I'm looking to lean up a tad faster than planned.

Not looking to get into final condition i want, but beach respectable and in reality I'm 10-12 weeks off that and want to try and speed it up into 6-7 weeks.

Usually i have used clen for the last few %

but could I add it in early to speed up the 15% to 10% transition?

surely 6 weeks with clen vs 6 weeks without is better regardless of starting bf% (assuming blood pressure etc is sound)

Not sure if its because I'm generally stim tolerant but iv never really noticed EC doing much hence switching to clen last time around...

could always try it again

whats the reason for ec over clen bar it being better on the sides...

It works without the nasty sides that come from clen. I just don't like clen. I would go with albuterol before clen.

I agree with Tron, EC is not only easier on you, but is less restrictive when it comes to dosing and giving beta receptors in your adrenals needed rest.

I personally find EC to be quite undervalued as it works at all body fat percentages, (aspirin should be added if above 20%) and with the relatively short half-life, it's less scary if you go too far.

Bronkaid from the pharmacy combined with your favorite caffeine source should be all that you need to "speed" things up. Just remember that the diet is what is going to determine the bulk of your results.

I just wouldn't trt to push too hard too quickly, as that's when metabolic damage can happen.

Zilla really opened my eyes to how a "less is more" approach can really give fantastic results - it just requires an open mind and some patience. LISS cardio being the FINAL step when things slow down, not going apeshit on a stairmaster for an hour a day lol.

Oh, the line about pushing too quickly was more about others reading in and potentially making the same mistakes I've made. We tend to get superfocused on a goal, and begin to push harder and harder to meet that goal in a less healthy fashion - that's all. :)

Correct, EC does not need to be cycled.

I'm still not settled on avoiding the clen for some reason

i guess its knowing its worked fast for me before and I'm under time pressure haha

If you know what works for you, I don't personally have issue with that. I just tend to caution folks that have a significant amount of weight to lose as clen can make things real messy for them. :)

Yes i understand that

I wouldn't say I'm drastically overweight, sitting around 15% with visible leg striations just holding a fair bit on stomach/love handles

my cardiovascular fitness is still very high as i do cardio through my bulking phases anyhow so i don't feel sluggish or high BP at all
