i'm 27, 210lbs, 6'... workout 5-6 times a week and looking to do my first "cycle"
what was recommended to me was anadrol 20mg 1x7 days then 2x the next 21 days... then followed by 8 weeks of winni and anavar...
i am not looking to gain a lot of size but more importantly strength.. i play a lot of sports so dont want to get too big! main goals are strength and cut...
also what other supplements should be taken?
