first time clen cycle help please

hey im 23 natty 5'8 190 pretty lean. tried ec stack it was ok had no issues. so my diets in check. bulked at 4200 cas for 3 months. going to start the cut at 3200 with clen for 2 weeks on then off. gona buy taurine also and 50 50mcg pills of clen. any other precautions? i read the clen handbook too

Other than that, I'm not going to get too much into what dose is best as people have different tolerance
levels and it looks like you've already studies that part...

I tend to run something similar to the "X time on X time off" - but here's a little backbone information
along with running clean at different lengths.

It's best to start with one or two tablets per day, and gradually increase the dose every three days.

By most accounts clenbuterol works well for approximately 4-6 weeks and will diminish (mostly) due to
beta-receptor down-regulation.

I haven't tried this yet - but Ketotifen can also be used... which is an antihistamine that up-regulates
beta-2 receptor density... and it can also increase the potency of clenbuterol along with slow receptor down-regulation.

so i planned that for 14 days. starting from 50mcg il split into 2 doses one morning one afternoon. hows that?
 
You going to run this with some test or just lose your gains?

Sorry I don't really see the point of a clen only cycle for a 23 year old male. Just run more and eat a little less.

Why take the risks?
 
Any loss of gains, really shouldn't be related to clenbuterol - perhaps chevy was thinking of T3?

Some people actually think it has a slight anabolic effect, and that would be true if you were a mouse.

Studies that show it to be anabolic are only in animal data, and nothing to support this
theory in humans...

However if you were to go over the top and run 15-20 tablets of 20 mcg... there is scientific human
research that show a potent catabolic effect of Clen as reflected by a rise of serum creatine kinase level - this
would mean clen is attacking our muscle cells like heavy training does.

Lastly, you should note - anything over 40 mcg can reduce performance... if you are doing cardio you should
take this into consideration.

Your doses listed are within a normal range... just let your body tell you if you need to reduce your dose.
