First time clen cycle--need advice

I want to start my clen cycle and do it right. I will soon have 50 40mcg tabs. I am female, I am right at 5 foot tall and weigh 121 pounds.

I do about an hour of cardio everyday, giving myself one or two day breaks on the weekends and lift at least 3 days a week.

My diet: I wouldn't call it "clean" because i am always on the go but i drink a protein shake in the morning and 2-3 protein bars throughout the day at least 2-3 hours apart and then i have a regular meal for dinner such as grilled chicken breast and vegetables.

I want to lose about 15 pounds of fat and was wondering what would be the best way to do my clen cycle? Ive been told two weeks on and two weeks off, but how many weeks altogether should i be ON? What doses should i be taking and should i taper up at the beginning and back down at the end of each cycle? Also, what kind of workouts do you guys recommend for optimal fat loss?

Your advise is appreciated and i will take well to constructive critisism! :)

Before you think about starting clen, you need to get your diet right. 90% of protein bars are loaded with sugar. If your diet isnt clean then the clen wont work. I learned this the hard way and wasted an entire cycle of clen because I didnt change my diet. Clen works best for me when I run it while on a Keto diet.

Yes, you do taper up. I start at 20mcg and go up depending on how much you can tolerate the sides. I cant run clen while Im in school because it makes me so shaky I cant read my own handwriting. You do not taper down clen. I usually run clen for around 8-10 weeks because thats how long I run the keto diet.
 
Thanks for your help, I should have known a shit ton of protein bars wouldn't cut it. I haven't started the clen yet or even recieved it. I have a read a lot about the keto diet but don't really understand how to do it, its awfully complicated. Is there any diet that won't be so complicated that i can follow easily on my busy schedule??
 
oh and if this matters at all, im not sure if it does, but the protein bars i eat are 200 cals 18g carbs 3g sugars and 20g of protein
 
I was in school full time and working full time when I first ran Keto. I made all my meals and put them in containers and carried them with me.

You have to be willing to put the time and work into your diet and training. If it was easy everyone would be in great shape.

Keto is not complicated, its basically all fats and proteins, NO CARBS. Meats, Almond butter, Eggs, Olive oil, and small amounts of low carb veggies.
No sugar, milk, bread, rice, cereal, pasta.. you get the idea.
Its similar to Atkins.

Okay that part seems pretty self explanatory. What i didn't understand is that (the forum on the keto diet that i read) mentioned that you should stock up on carbs friday-saturday?
 
I run the diet for 14 days, then on the 15th day I do a "carb refeed". Which is usually one meal where I eat whatever I want.

After the first two weeks I do a "refeed" every 7 days.
 
Great! So now that i know what my diet should look like, when i get that in check ill start at 20mcg of clen and work my way up in increments of 20 depending how the sides affect me. What time of the day is best to take it, and should i split them up and take them throughout the day...ive also heard about taking benadryl while on a clen cycle...do you know anything about that?
 
When I am only doing 20mcg I take it in the morning. When I do 40 or more I take it twice a day. But try not to take it after 5pm because it will mess up your sleep.

The benedryl is used to refresh your receptors so, the clen can remain effective for a longer period of time.

I run clen 2 weeks on 1 week off. And I run the benedryl in the second week on and the week off. I just take 2 before bed, it will help with your sleep also.

One more question(for now at least lol) how much is too much?
 
Most people dont go over 120 mcg.

You may want to get Ketostix so you know when you are in ketosis. You can get them at drugstores or order them online.
 
I will go get some today, I'm also going to buy a keto diet book just to make sure i'm doing everything spot on to prepare for my clen cycle.
 
Like Blondie said....diet needs to be spot on or clen won't do nada for you. And I mean you have to know how to diet for a reasonable amount of time....not just for a few weeks.
