First time cycle, few more questions

Ok so Ive done my research and I think Im ready to go. Im going to run 12 weeks. Just a few questions.
Week 1-4, GW 20MG/day. Week 5-12, GW 20MG & osta 25MG /day. Im mainly going for endurance and slight muscle gain. I do crossfit so I dont want to get bulky. Do I need a PCT and where do I get it from? How long will I be able to sustain these gains? Thanks in advance
 
Looks good but I'd run GW throughout. You'll get amazing benefits from this.

And yes PCT is always needed! Sarms won't shut you down as bad as more harsh AAS alternatives will but you will experience some shutdown.
 
I agree with psizzle. No matter how little the shutdown is, you should run PCT to help the body restore.
 
if you are going for "slight muscle gain" IMO that's 2-3 lbs of muscle. depending on your diet and your routine the answer can be yes or no.
 
Sounds good. I just wanted to make sure every thing I work for is not immediately lost. Ill keep up on the nutrition and training for sure.
