what should i use for my first cycle, the only thing i have ever used were all of the over the counter supps and all of that stuff is bullshit. i have decided to turn it up a notch and go to the next level. i want to increse my strength and size that is my goal i do not plan on being competive so what would be the best thing for me to use and how much ? and for how long at 220 lbs.
