First time steroid user and need help choosing which one!

No I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is that I did lose weight. I weigh like 180 lbs now but back then when I had good diets and exercised, I weighed 145 lbs. BUT, THE PROBLEM IS, when I weighed 145 lbs, I still had manboobs. That's my concern. Even when I don't weigh a lot, I still have man boobs. It seems like I lose just water weight.

Your man boobs aren't going to dissapear at 20%bf because your technically still fat. I dont think you realise just how high 20% really is.

As most of the guys here have stated, get yourself into a caloric deficit and YOU WILL lose fat - stop thinking your body is different to everyone else's because I can assure you that it isn't.
I'll keep it simple for you: keep your protein high (1-1.5g/lbm), fats should be around 0.5g/lbm and reduce your carbs gradually until you see the weekly measurements you want, then stay with that diet.

I am suprised most of the guys giving you advice don't have a clue about how to train to lose fat.
You do NOT need any HIIT, you do NOT need to "work your ass off" and you do NOT need to do cardio. Your training is, at best, 2hrs of the day and your diet will be 24hrs - which do you think is going to get you the fastest fat loss?
A basic full body workout 3x week or upper/lower split 4x week is MORE than enough if you keep the weights up (train at 8-12reps).
Beyond this, its all optional extras that you dont need.

Final point: eating clean wont help you lose fat, a caloric deficit will - let's not get confused about this :)

:)

Years ago I ran at a calorie deficit for over a year.. Never was able to get rid of some stubborn belly fat I had with a calorie deficit.. It wasn't until I stated HIIT cardio that finally burned off the stubborn fat.. Everyone's a little different I suppose,, but I recommended HIIT cause it worked for me

And OP already said he tried dieting and exercise without loosing that fat.. So I suggested something diff and drastic to perhaps shock his body into results.

HIIT may be bad advice for a guy over 20% bf that's like 40+ years old.. But OP is 19.. He's not gonna kill over of a heart attack!

In certain areas (the belly for dudes, thighs for women) fat becomes stubborn once you start getting lean because its more difficult to get the fat out of the cells, into the bloodstream, to be used for energy and "burned". This problem occurs because in these areas there is a much lower amount of receptors (alpha & beta) and blood flow is alot slower.

Stubborn belly fat is only an issue if your already below 10% - otherwise you do NOT have stubborn fat of any kind, your assumed caloric deficit simply isn't any deficit anymore.
For those below 10%, fasted morning cardio is certainly a method that can be used (no need for the HIIT part) but its easier if you simply use ec, clen, yohimbe or other similar substances that encourage the body to get the fat out of the cells.
I should add that doing any form of high intensity cardio is a terrible idea if your trying to cut - your simply increasing the chances of metabolic slowdown, making dieting in the future even harder.

The op also stated that his PT got him from 28-20%, which means the programme was working fine - he simply gave up on it and finds himself back where he started.

NO Sugar!!! , no carbs except protein dense carbs (black beans), high protein clean meats, and vegetables.. hit a whey protein shake just after working out.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with sugar for active individuals. Issues with fat storage when it comes to sugar come from poor insulin sensitivity, which is a result of inactivity or extreme obesity.
For anybody who actually cares about their body, it's a non-issue as long as you don't take it to the extreme & suffer energy crashes as a result.

In fact, it can be quite beneficial as part of pre & post workout meals. Many people do things such as a spoon-full of honey pre-workout to help put on a pump, or fruit smoothies as post workout to quickly replenish.
Frank Zane continued to eat ice cream well into contest prep for this reason & he was considered one of the most knowledgeable individuals of his day. It's all about doing things responsibly & in moderation. Blanket "rules" are always stupid & often taken out of context from the original purpose.

Ya....death. That shit will cook you from the inside out if you don't know what you're doing. seriously man stop looking for shortcuts. Like I said your diet probly needs work. So many ppl think they eat right but in reality they are not. Personal trainers are not geniuses. It seems like your attitude needs adjustment...and I'm referring to your attitude towards fitness. You need to understand that it's a lifestyle and its something that you always need to maintain and work at. You'd be suprised what you can do with a positive attitude and a good diet.

You act like you know exactly what I went through and everything that I ate lol. Just stop.

K dude. You clearly came on here hoping to be told what you wanna hear but that's not what you're gonna get. Go ahead take a drug to help you lose fat an watch it come back twice as fast. Ignore all the good advice all these guys offer you cuz you clearly know how to diet properly. You can keep using the excuse that your body isn't working right and jump on a cycle. Some people can't handle a reality check...

With all due respect to the other people here, if you take their advice you're setting yourself up to fail. If you run 'til you puke' and squat 'til you puke', how long do you think that will last? You have to carve out a healthy lifestyle for yourself and that takes time. Adjust slowly. Cut out sodas from your diet. Bring a lunch from home instead of buying take out at lunch. Alter your servings very slowly. Find healthy snacks that you enjoy eating (i've found I really like tangerines and apples), then start to replace chips and cookies with these snacks. Find workouts that you enjoy doing; A big reason I like working out is the pump I get from a good workout and I always feel better after working out. It hurts but it's a good pain. All in all, build a lifestyle you enjoy doing.

Yeah because I really enjoy stuffing chicken, brown rice, egg whites, and veggies down my throat periodically throughout the day (with no seasoning other than olive oil). The food sucks, and it's bland and gets old within a weak. The pain makes the prize and you can embrace it or run from it. But the pain is only temporary and regret lasts forever. I would LOVE to eat a whole loaded pizza right now... LOVE IT! But you know what I want more than that pizza? TO BE FUCKING JACKED

Best way to learn to swim is to fucking jump in. Keep your eye on the prize. If you want it bad enough you'll find a way, and if not you'll most certainly find an excuse.

Completely disagree. This should not be taken seriously at all.

ummm this website is called STEROIDOLOGY so yea that is going to be the mentality. Most of us on here DO torture ourselves with diets and gruesome workouts. But we also understand that it comes with the territory and we enjoy the pain. It is somewhat insulting when people look at dieting and being in shape as "easy" and come on here with a half assed diet and workout regimen expecting results, and ignore the good advice given by people with experience. Go ahead and baby him and tell him to go at his own pace....im sure theres a planet fitness nearby

ROFL!

But seriously AlphaDawg. It's bad enough you make excuses why you can't give 100% of your effort into getting what you want to achieve without encouraging others to make excuses for themselves. Mediocrity is not something I wish to push onto others. I'm personally driven by the fear of being average.

To OP: The only person who can stop you from having the body you want is YOU. You have to be obsessed... if you don't have the mental capacity to become that obsessed with whatever it is you are trying to get; you simply will never have it.

I'm not telling him to settle for anything. This is so stupid. I also have high goals and want to look really good but my belief is that you slowly build towards that. I've tried jumping in whole heartedly before and it's failed. Honestly, it may come down to the person. Some people can jump into it right away, some people need to enter more slowly. That's not just bodybuilding it's everything.

Also, jozifp was the dude who ruined his test with SARMs. Not ragging on you at all because I think you tried to explore a gray area, but that right there is the consequence of jumping into something extreme and not knowing what you're doing. Maybe if you had researched SARM use in PCT you wouldn't have got shut down. Same to OP: do your research and carefully enter bodybuilding. I'm speaking to you from my experience. Maybe jumping in worked for your guys but it hasn't for me or a lot of other people. There are many options.

If you are at the point in your training where you are researching and considering AAS use, then you should already be putting in full effort in all other possible areas available for improvement. This includes the actual training and dieting in addition to good recovery habits (sleep/stretching/etc). If OP wants to ever do a successful cycle, first he must meet all the other requirements, including a way lower BF% and higher age, and put in full effort towards achieving his goals.

Dudes arguing about the OP just needs to cut calories, others saying HIt is bad for OP, others saying OP doesn't have to work that hard for gains, others saying he needs too..
Wtf!!
It's obvious.. If OP has supposedly trained and dieted and is 28% BF at 19 years old when his testosterone is prob at peak levels,,, it's an intensity and EFFORT issue,, he's not getting it done..
Duh!! He is on here at age 19 looking for advice on steroids for an easy way out!!
F'n obvious OP has an intensity and effort issue..

Squat til u puke is , IMO, what he needs to learn right now

I researched thoroughly and saw nothing but good results. I guess everyones different. But that's exactly why I can safely tell this person not to use AAS. Even with low test I have managed to stay fairly lean and put on muscle. Sure I have to work twice as hard as I used to and be VERY careful with my diet, but thats how I get results. There will be no negative consequences to giving 110% effort I assure you....deadlift till you're dead, squat till you snot, curl till you hurl....
