I'm about to start my first injectable cycle of Test E 250 Mg 10 ml, 2 bottles, Deca 300 Nandrolone Decanoate 300 mg 10 ml 1 bottle.
Also I have about 6 months worth of HGH. I'm on my first week of this at 5 ius per day 5 days a week 2 days off.
In terms of a PCT all I've read about is Nolvadex and Clomid but not sure when I should add these in or if this is enough or even if it’s the right for PCT complementary to this stack.

I'm currently 30 years old
Weigh 104 kilos
23 % body fat
Been a while since I last worked out. Have been hitting the gym for a month now 6 days in 1 day off. Mostly focusing on Cardio.
I'm not trying to get Flex Wheeler huge, I want to get lots of lean muscle and would like to get to around 90 kilos rocked and ripped up.
I’m doing P90 X work out, swimming, running, in addition to boxing training.
As for dieting a little weak in this area, real busy with work and kind of scarf down what ever I can. I know, I know not good. Any suggestions?
Any ideas as to how I should take this.

Deca 300 mg per week
Test E 400 mg per week
HGH 4 ius per day
I think according to what I have I can Deca 300 and Test E it up for 10 weeks
and as for HGH 6 months.
On a side note I also have a bottle of primobolan I don’t know whether this can be implemented as well. Just one bottle of 90 pills.
I don't want to just get rocked up and after I finish my cycle lose everything. My intentions are to be able to keep the major parts of my gains in terms of power and physique.
ANY ONE OUT THERE WHO CAN GUIDE ME THANK YOU FOR YOU SUPPORT.
I just want to mention I am not trying to be a body builder or am I doing this for competition. Just want to get in peak condition and keep it there for the long run.
