Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster.
I've read this forum up and down and did my research for a few months to get a better idea on what my test EC /Anavar cycle should look like but I get all kinds of conflicting info... I was hoping that someone could give me some definitive feedback on my cycle, thanks in advance. My stats are as follows:
Cycle Experience: This is my first cycle, and I'd rather be safer than take any unnecessary risks to get the biggest gain possible. I've been training for about 4 years total, but I was injured and missed a year, in which I returned back to the gym in october of last year.
Stats: I'm 27 years old, 5'11", 177 lbs. Never taken steroids before, but I do have mpb and Ive been taking finpecia 1mg for about 2 years now.
Diet: I eat EXTREMELY clean, around 1400-1600 healthy calories a day. High in protein (usually 170g) low carbs and low fat. No junk food. The only way my diet could get cleaner would be to take out diet snapple, which I am seriously considering doing to eliminate any type of truvia and fake sugar in my system.
Gear: I have 200mg test ethanate & 200mg test cypinate mixed together. 50x Anavar 50mg tabs, and I still have to buy Nolvadex & clomid on hand.
Cycle 1
Week 1-12: 400mg test E/C
Week 1-4: 40mg Anavar ED
Week 9-12: 40mg Anavar ED
Week 13-16: post cycle therapy (pct) Nolvadex 20/20/20/10
Week 13-16: post cycle therapy (pct) Clomid 50mg ED
I still plan on doing cardio and intaking around 1600 calories still as I have alittle body fat to lose. Any suggestions?
