Anyone have any advice for a first time user of d-bols? im taking 2-25's a day one in the morning and one just after i work out around dinner time(around 6)
my diet is pretty good i eat breakfast lunch a little meal before i work out and another one after i work out .
my work out consists of heavy lifts(im not maxing out) my reps are 12 to 15 with sets of 4
also what should i take and do to keep this weight when i come off my cycle?
