I am an extreme hard gainer. ive spent the past few years trying to break 180 and I cant. I have a solid diet, good exercise routine, very fit and lean.

I started off at 137 pounds back several years ago, so Ive done pretty good for myself naturually. Ive taken prohormones once, with very good results.

I think I am ready for a first cycle.
I think I wil be sensitive. the prohormone i took stacked on -8-10 pounds and gave my acne.

Would 250g of test enan(a week) be enough for my first time? for 2 months?
and since i dont know how senstivie I will be should I also consume anastrozle during my cycle? or would nolva at the end be enough?

please give me advice or any criticism where I may be lacking

imo 400 mg of test for 10 weeks is as low as a hardgainer should go for a 1st cycle. dont run any antiestrogens [ adex / anastrozle /etc. ] during cycle unless absolutely needed and definately run nolva or clomid after the cycle for post cycle therapy.

unless absoulty needed...so would i be alright if i just had an extra bottle of nolva on hand in case side effects start showing up during the cycle? instead of keeping a bottle of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) around(which is more expensive anyways)

500mg test enth/wk 10-12 wks
strozole 0.5mg/ed or eod if req'd
nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) 14 days after last injection

eat clean, 360gm protein daily, and in ure case keep the calories high 3500-4000, moderate carbs
i'd add accutane at 10mg a day on cycle if i were u
low 6-8 reps, cardio 3x/wk @ 20min

nolva is fine for gyno prevention.

Agreed ^^^^ DO NOT overtrain..stick with compound movements, imo, and eating and sleeping are crucial...

is that u in ure avy sean?

yes it it, from a couple years back. I just found it the other day from an old cell phone pic i sent to my friend one time, thought it was kind of funny looking

my training schedule is like this...

sundays and wednesday
-All shoulders
monday and thursdays
-chest and back
Tuesdays
-arms(bi and tri) and squats
friday and saturdays
-rest

is that over training? should i cut to 3 days a week(instead of 5)? please critique. Im concentrating mostly on my deadlifts, shoulders, and chest right now cause thats where i feel i need the most improvement

Ive have recently completely quit drinking and smoking, for the sole purpose of discipline and getting on a solid sleep schedule

and btw, thanks for the help guys

I agree that split sucks...

Would you suggest a 5 day or 3 day split DADAWG?

Perhaps:
Day 1- chest and tri's
Rest day
Day 2- back and bi's
Rest day
day-3 Legs and shoulders
Rest day
Rest day
Start again..

or 5 day split
Day- 1 Chest
Day 2- back
Day 3- shoulders
day 4- arms
day 5- legs
rest
rest

dont want to get to into it'll get long. focus on heavy compound movements.

chest - flat and incline / dont do the 2 in same day

back - dead lifts, bent over barbell rows

bi's - barbell cheat curls

tri's - close grip bench press, dips

legs - squats

shoulders - snatches, heavy military press

(abs every exercise day)

dedicate 1 day to each above, but i would incorporate the bi's with chest and tri's with back. aim for low reps, heavy weight (dont kill ureself) 4-8 reps.

focus on these compound lifts this cycle, u'll develope a lot of stregnth, mass and size. creating a great foundation for future cycles.
