Hey Guys, well a couple of days a go was my first day back in the gym for a couple of months. I did chest and tri's and now 2 days later I'm still feeling unbelievably sore. I mean I actually have trouble turning the steering wheel in my car. Did I take a little too hard? Should I maybe just take the rest of the week off and let my muscles recoperate or is this normal for a first day back? Let me know your input.
