fitfreaks tide cycle

well this is mylast post on this log......i recieved my bloodwork back to day
all was favourable hdl/ldl was good my cbc was fantastic ...but my liver function aint so good so back for some more test tmow...my test levels were low as well....(to be expected) so in review i feel this was a good low dose
cycle it netted me good gains and virtually all of the mass was retained
my starting weight was 95kg my finishing weight was 104kg.......nolva only post cycle therapy (pct) worked well for me......no anti-e were run during the cycle due to the cycles design and construction......while my plasma levels may have been up and down i didnt notice much difference to weekly shots.......i ended this cycle at the 6 week point due to easily achieving my goals and the fact that atrophy was starting to rear its ugly head.........ive run post cycle therapy (pct) for 3 weeks now and i have lost one kilogram and my strenght is down maybe ten percent ...
......i will now only be running cycles 6 weeks or less .......for me they are the best way to go i dont need as many ancillaries (hcg,clomid,amidex etc)
and there a lot easier on me health wise(hdl/ldl etc) my bloodwork on my last 12 weeker was a nightmare compared to this one................there was a lot of critiscism levelled at me over my cycle....all i can say is it did everything it was supposed to and more ..........keep an open mind people the old 12 week
protocols are fundamentally flawed there is great information out there regarding how to cycle working with the body rather than against it.....
and id just like to say a big thankyou to "coach" (you no who you are)

No offence dude, but most people get to what you look like and beyond naturally. Your 6'4" and weigth 225lbs with several cycles under your belt? BTW, off topic, but you don't look like no 225lbs. Im not trying to be an ass, but why are you even using gear. "im relatively new to bb and aas...and i still have a lot to learn......" If you are new to BB and lifting, then why are you using gear? I've worked out with highschool kids in better shape than you dude, and they don't use gear. Anyways, the point is, why don't you try getting your diet in check first while becomming educated about this stuff so you don't end up posting embarrassing pics like you did again? If you just frieking eat and do a solid workout schedule you WILL grow. If you must cycle, at least listen to the guys on the forum when they tell you that your cycle sux. (Its not a very good cycle in my opinion either). They are very intelligent, and they've been around the block a few times. Good Luck to you. In the future, become educated before you sceme up cycles that make no sence.

this cycle was constructed with specific intent......it employs a few basic principles
1. max androgenic enviromwent to stimulate rapid weight/strenght gains for a brief period .2 a transisitional period between high androgenic and moderate 2-low androgenic atmosphere with a maintained high anabolic atmosphere .....
3. a period of maximum anabolic enviroment and mod 2 low androgenicatmosphere to solidify to newly aquired mass into high quality lean mass tissue....

this results in improved estrogen cleaning prior to cycle exit....this allows for minimum hpta suppression and maximum post Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) lean mass retention....
it is of course a simplified approach.............

You can believe all that bullshit you want. Point is. You are wayyyyy below where you should be after ANY number of cycles. You have no idea what you are talking about. Keep on believing that you will have minimum suppression of the HPTA with any amount of Deca. Deca will shut you down harder than most AAS. And then stupid shit you are doing with one shot every 14 days is assinine. You still believe that the half-life of Deca makes it alright when I clearly stated what the half-life is, and even told you what you should be doing.

I would do one of two things before you end up looking even more like shit than you do right now.

1. Give up on juice and start over doing things the RIGHT way.
2. Give up on juice and take up golf.

Either way, stop wasting your money on AAS.

6 weeks actually and enough to get in grow hard and get out before the body mounts couter measures........the conception that you cant use long esters on short cycles is unfounded.......its also pretty easy to establish a plasma level and hold it at that level.......with long esters........

And I understand your protocol bro, its just a fucked up one. Don't talk about blood serum levels cause i understand that as well. Wheat you don't understand is how half-lifes work obvioulsy, and taking something like test every 2 weeks is a complete waste of time and does not provide for stable blood levels. Do you actually think it can? If so, why don't you explain it to me.

This guy is 6'4!? Holy shit I was bigger than you at 18 (and of course natty!!). When I glanced at his last post I thought he was like 5'10 and I was actually marginally impressed. ive seen a lot of your photos you probably have one of the best physiques on this board .........even with the slin and gh and heavy 26 week cycles it really doesnt look like your that much bigger than you were a few years ago....that must be really frustrating for you.........the reason youve got a headache is because your pissed off an upset that someone has challenged your opinion (probably more so that im a 104kg

Its a lot better to have done extensive research on the sh*t before doing it, then to just stick yourself with pins without doing any research. Thats the worste feeling ever. When you see someone younger than you and natural bigger than you when you've trained with gear for years. That should tell you "hmmmm....maybe something's wrong". But no, that would be too logical wouldn't it?

im coming out of retirement for this one ..........ive done a hell of a lot of research over the years.........for the record in the last two years ive cycled twice ...i tried most of those compounds over ten years ago.........i now weigh 242lbs at 6 foot 4 (yes im small compared to others)......
why am i that small ....because i do hard manual labour 10 hours everyday
i burn mega calories.....i start at 5.30 finish at 4.00 then go to gym ....
after that i go home to run a household and raise a family........i think most of you will agree its hard to grow when you spend ten hours a day on the wrong side of a shovel......im not making excuses i know i suck but im working real hard to change that ....as far as my cycle goes i never claimed "hey do this cycle" i merely presented what i was doing .....and that was running
a cycle constructed in such a way as to avoid the use of anti -estrogens /side effects ive experienced before from running test......
as for my plasma levels "were is it written in stone stating that you must keep
your levels constant" fact is anytime your plasma level is above endogenous
test your growing wether thats 100mg or 500mg ......( im not saying anything about which is better.).............i even begged you guys to post some real data to show this cycle up rather than just saying "thats shit /sux your stupid" but no one did .....why???

is it 1. because ive tried this cycle and it didnt work or 2. Because ive seen research that proves this cycle is ineffective...or 3. Because ive never seen anyone else do it....or is it 4 ....because so and so on the net said so....
