Fixing asymmetry

So I've been lifting for 5 years. I don't have any BB goals, I just do it to look good. I started out really skinny, so I've primarily been working on packing on muscle. I still could use more raw bulk (I can squat 455 for reps but my legs still look really skinny - it's what comes with being 6'4" I guess).

But anyway, I've noticed that my calfs and arms are getting more and more asymmetrical. My left calf is a lot smaller than the right, and the left arm is a little smaller and less defined than the right.

What's the optimal way to fix this?

The bigger you get the less problems youll have witht this.

You didn't give much to go on, how to you hit arms and calves.. are it the whole arms (tric+bic) or just one part of them lacking? Both wideness and thickness of the calves etc...

I was having the same problem. Found out that the left leg was shorter than the right by about 3/4". Started using a 3/4" pad under left foot during calf work and the problem corrected itself.

As far as arms, you might try doing DB work instead of bar.
