So I've been lifting for 5 years. I don't have any BB goals, I just do it to look good. I started out really skinny, so I've primarily been working on packing on muscle. I still could use more raw bulk (I can squat 455 for reps but my legs still look really skinny - it's what comes with being 6'4" I guess).
But anyway, I've noticed that my calfs and arms are getting more and more asymmetrical. My left calf is a lot smaller than the right, and the left arm is a little smaller and less defined than the right.
What's the optimal way to fix this?
