How the hell can I get rid of these it is taking forever. Its seems like I am getting bigger in my legs, shoulders, back, arms, chest. But I still have a flabby chest. Last night I had gone out with some freinds and I could see I had like boobs. I know its embarrasing but for real If I dont ask here Ill never knoiw. What the hell do I do? I dont think its gyno. I have always had a little bit of a flabby chest since a kid. I know this sounds like dumb shit if I read this post Id think I was a fatass.
Im 223 5'9 25yrs old I have fat calipers on the way but im thinking 23%-25%. I think I am going to start cardio in the a.m. I just dont want to lose what I have gained muscle wise. I know with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use I could speed up muscle gain, so how can I speed up losing this shit. (boobs) Thanks everyone...

your diet will account for most of it sorry to say buts thats just how it goes/ obviously training your chest more will possibley give it more shape but u really should diet down if you have "man boobs" because everyone is different when i get fat or fat wieght i tend to get it in my midsection nowhere else so diet till u lose it if u dont want it

I want to but I think im scared ill lose the muscle I have gained if I diet or do cardio too much. But at this point It may be worth the risk. I want it to be gone as fast as possible. ?

If you diet down slowly enough you can maintain the majority of your muscle gains while cutting a good portion of fat. Getting rid of it "as fast as possible" will cost you some lean mass.

Bro, if you're 23+% like you estimate, you need to start cardio and a clean diet. Screw building up muscle in the area (well, still work toward building muscle with your lifting, but don't bulk), start cardio and a good diet. That is the only way you'll see results. Hell, I've gotten down to 10% before and still had man boobs, so it's also got a lot to do with genetic predisposition.

That's too true. I've been lean enough to have vascularity everywhere from my calves to my lats, and still not had my abs as uncovered as I would have liked. I think perhaps estrogen plays a role there?

Yeah, to an extent. Fat aromatizes it more, so when you are fat (as I used to be) you develop lower test levels.

hornedfrogsAT Did you ever lose them and what did it take ? I am going to up my cardio and try to maitain muscle. But getting to 10% and still having them is pretty discouraging...
