Flaring Tri-ceps

Men,

I have nice thick arms, but my tricep doesn't look full on the outside, any exercises i can use. need to further develop my outter tri all the way from shoulder to elbow...

My own opinion, put on 50 pounds of bodyweight. I dont care how lean you are at 200 pounds, nothing is going to look full at that size.
 
Get your weights up on the big triceps movements...close grip bench..dips etc...

Also I really feel the rope pushdowns in the area you are talking about...though I would only use those as a finisher

Your a good guy, but that was a very dumb comment.

Some 200-210lbers are thicker, stronger, and fuller than a guy that is 280lbs and thinks he is big. I know a guy who benches 405lbs 6 times and is 195lbs. Trust me, he is REALLY full!! He is 5'8.
 
hey mudge, i think you give the worst advice of anyone on this board. you always say stupid shit like, put on 50lbs of muscle. this board is for people trying to get good advice not for smart asses to continually give stupid answers to legitimate questions. oh and my advice for you...why don't you go put on about 150lbs of muscle with 0% bodyfat since its so fucking easy! by the looks of the picture of your back, you could use it!!!!

Come on man, relax. He is a great guy, I just dont agree with this one comment he made. He is a tall guy, he probably meant 200lbs at 6'0 is small or something, who knows.......

Thanks for the fine words. You can't change the shape of your muscle, and a 17 inch arm or an 18 inch arm is not going to look thick on a guy that is 6 foot. I'm 6'2" so I know this quite well.

Ok, so how do I change my genetics to look like Flex Wheeler, so I can be light and still look huge?

At 6 foot 10% to me anything under 240 would be small. I'm not looking to be 400 pounds, but I'm not looking to be a greyhound worrying about my muscle shape genetics either :)
 
Ill step in and agree with mudge here. For christ sake, there are simple truths to bodybuilding...the first is that your muscle insertion and shape, tie ins and such CANNOT CHANGE. You can make your muscles bigger, but cannot change the shape. To get your arms to grow a few inches and look fuller...your gonna have to add 50 lbs of muscle to your frame.

If you could change the shape and insertion points of your muscle to make it look "fuller" with 1 excersize, we wouldnt have so many displeasing physiques on pro stages, everyone would look like flex and dexter.
 
i gonna have to chime in and agree with mudge. Being a fellow 6'2" lifter myself, and even at 260lbs @15%body fat, i still dont look complete. I know that i have to put on more mass to look thicker and fuller. Thats why we always have ppl thriving to be bigger and better!

Jesus gallmond...why dont u just take it easy and listen to ppl who have been around for a while like mudge? HIs back is pretty impressive for a person his height i might say. It took me a long time to get to my size, and i still am thriving for better like he is and everyone on here is!

There is no secret success or magic pill...to look bigger, thicker and have more development in a particular area, YOU GOTTA PUT MASS ON THE ENTIRE BODY!!! PERIOD!
Even the pro's have to put on overall mass to get better development. If it was possible to do what we all wish we could do, we all would be perfect in our physiques.
 
glad i stayed out of this one. i normally leave the arm ones alone anyway and now you see why.

too bad some people worry more about arms than legs. thats the key to overall growth. i never seen a guy in the gym with small arms that had big legs. but i have seen several with big upper body and little chicken legs. they wear long pants even in the summer. very odd looking to me.
 
Yep, sorry bro, I'm not trying to be a dick at all but I dont feel you would look any kind of big at 200 unless you were 5'6"/5'7" and trim.

You can't change the shape of your arm and I do not believe you would ever, greatly change the distribution of tricep muscle when all it does is EXTEND THE ARM.

19 inchers dont look all that big on a 6'2" guy either, unless you have 15" arms and are looking at it from a non BB perspective. :)

To DIRECTLY hit the outer tri rope pushdowns and as ur going down pull the rope out to the sides. Its really brought mine out!

goldee that translates to about a 475-480 raw 1rm. that is stout for a 198er. is this guy a competetive lifter? if not he should be. i'll find the all time raw records and post the 198ers but he aint far off.
 
the racks or deadlifts? i just looked at both and it dont look rounded off to me. i got thick erectors sticking out but my back is locked in, esp with that light weight.

but anyway thats what they videos are for so you guys can look and pick stuff out.

black beard caught me doing partial gms. i was giulty. thats why the camera dont lie. =0)
