how did the fruit sugar , fructose, make you swole up in your muscles, being fructose mainly replenishes 'glycogen' stores in the LIVER only ,, not the muscle cells ?
I'm guessing the swole effect you got was not from the bananas themselves , but the circulating blood sugar you already had in your body from previously consuming sources of good carbs that replenish glycogen in the MUSCLE CELL , and not the liver only. the insulin was transporting that glucose into the muscle cell, not the fructose from the banana or dole juice (those did nothing , other then perhaps keep you from going low blood sugar post slin pin injection)
Ya whatever you read i was on hgh seros and the pineapples and bananas went straight into the muscle my biceps were even shaped like bananas. You are good at reading ill give you that maybe try some stuff out when i use to use superdrol i had the same effect during a workout consuming my sugary drinks

I take mine before i dont have the freedom or time most guys have and sometimes i need to sleep after i train. It has a 4 hour peak so i doubt pinning right after is gonna make or break the gains
I can see why pros, or potential pros might decide to run it - it can give you the edge out of 1st or 2nd place, but I'm too old to be making this a career, and I value my health too much.
