My cycle will consist of:

Liquid T3
Liquid Clen
Adderall (amphetamine)

I will be keeping you guys up to date with weights, measurements, and photos as this cycle progresses.

I do NEED HELP from someone to figure out how to convert these liquids to the proper mcg's as in the past I have only used T3 and Clenbuterol in pill form.

The liquid Clen is 30ml with 200mcg/ml
The liquid T3 is 30ml with 200mcg/ml

I also got a handful of oral syringes that go up to 1ml in .1 increments.

As soon as I have the math converted and cycle planned out I'm ready to get started & post all my starting measurements.

Nothing much to figure out, that's fairly straight-forward to convert with slin syringes, that's what i did in the past with clen/t3 for precise dosages. The viscosity of my T3 was to thick, so i diluted it within an equal amount of water.
 
Curious as to what your current weight and BF % is....

I mean, are you already at low BF and trying to get in show shape or are you really high BF and going for extreme weight loss?

What is your diet like? Have you thought about contacting 3J and have him look it over?

while I see tht your wanting to lose bodyfat, and where your waist is and weight is. I assume tht your bodyfat is very high, somewhere in the upper 20s low 30s all depending on your muscle mass. But I think u may be trying to substitue a good clean diet and lots of cardio with a few different chem's. Now I dont think they are a bad idea I myself am using both T3 and clen right now to help cut the bf. But I have a clean diet, tht 3j helped me out with. I do cardio everyday except sun, I jog first thing in the morning for 40mins on an empty stomach then do a 1 1/2 to 2 hour workout later in the day followed up by an hour on the bike. But my muscle mass is high I have a 33.5 waist my bf is already decently low 12.2%. Im just wanting to get down to 8% so figure adding clen and T3 will help a bit more. Be careful as this stuff shouldnt be used lightly and they arent magic, diet and cardio are the real key to losing bf. I was at 17% when I started to cut 3 weeks ago and just added the clen and T3 2 days ago. All I did was clean up my diet and do lots of cardio and the fat just melts off.

cjz... Thanks for your concerns. I am consuming protein 4-6 times a day, drinking only water and lots of it, and the only carbs I'm consuming are complex low-glycemic. Total caloric intake is approx 1,000. Cardio is 6 times per week.

[[[to be more specific, here is what I consumed yesterday...
3 x EAS Advantedge Proteins (17g protein 2-4g carb 0sugar) 110 calories each
1 x lean boneless skinless chicken breast cooked with onions served on fresh baby spinach leaves
8 x egg whites scrambled
1 x cup of almonds
15 x Bottles of water (16.9 oz each)]]]


This is not my first time using T3/Clen; just my first time taking it in liquid form.
As I mentioned in the OP, I will be using adderall as well, but only on the days Clen is off.

I definitely appreciate constructive criticism, but certainly don't respond well to anyone flaming or implying stupidity... I am posting my daily updates here to help me keep track of where I am in my cycle, and for others to read. I will be keeping weight and waist measurements updated, and will be sharing before/during/after pictures. A reminder, Everyone's Body Is Different... if this doesn't sound like it would work for you, doesn't mean it won't work for me- Just stay tuned for the results.

P90 Don't take any frank direction as anything but motivation. I will tell you you need to focus on cardio ad not lifting. It's not what you wanted to hear. I'm sure you can do it. double your cardio. a circut weight lifting class will be fine 2 days a week. Do Cardio 5 days a week 2 hours a day. It won't be so bad when you get down to 250 it will be the place to be and all the girls hang out there in the gym.

Thanks for chiming in! I definitely have plans to increase my cardio time... It's already a bit more than I've shown, as I'm only listing time put in at the gym, and I often take a separate jog at some point each day.
 
Nice, it sounds like u r eating pretty good and exercising right. Im just wondering, if u can lose weight too fast? I would expect u to drop pounds a day steadily between ur bf being so high, super low caloric intake, lots of cardio, plus the drugs. Is it bad to drop weight so quickly? Maybe not since its all fat?

Do you have any BP issues ( I do) and have you had a recent physical? Reason I ask is that my HRT Doc wouldn't prescribe me Clen due to my BP, which I take meds to control.

Thats a lot of weight to carry on a 6' frame. In my experience, AM / PM cardio, proper diet & a consistent lifting program helped me drop a shitload of fat!

My cardio consisted of nothing more than treadmill and elliptical (65-85% max HR), 2 to 3 hours PD split first thing AM and PM prior to evening chow.

I'm not flaming and wish you nothing but success....

It's probably not in the eyes of most... But I've done it this way in the past without issue. As far as how much comes off daily- I'll only check every ten days or so or else I dwell on it.

Thx for the good wishes. No I don't have high BP issues, and yes I just had a physical done including a full blood panel. Other than having a big tire around my waist, I'm healthy as a race horse. Cholesterol, Triglycerides, WBCs, RBCs, TSH, everything in a very healthy range.
 
well good to hear I think your calories may be a bit too low even on an extreme cutting cycle. Last thing want to hear is tht you died from exhaustion lol. But sounds like your doign well, not your first rodeo, and tht at least you've done your homework. I would make one small suggestion try and avoid the protien shakes and try and eat more chicken breats or lean beef instead you get better quality protien, more nutrients, and it will be easier on your insides. Other than tht go for it boss

Great job P90, Not goin to tell you nothing but Keep up the great work brother, was reading this and it reminded me alot about me. Went from 310lbs to 255lb in the past 5 months. Telling you that for inspiration. ITs DEF worth IT Man!!!

im curious as to your energy levels post workout.
Whenever I take N.O. X-plode, I usually crash later on in the day once the caffeine clears my system. Due to this, I can only run the stuff for so long before I have to back off entirely.

I know you are not currently doing this, but I just want to have it stated: I strongly discourage the concomitant use of adderall with any ephedrine products. Both of these products work to increase the extracellular levels of dopamine (and to a lesser degree, norepinephrine + serotonin). This potentiates the effects of their synergistic effects to potentially dangerous levels, and caution should be taken to avoid this combination.

Other than that, I think you should get good results from your regimen. Continue burning more calories than you consume, take in enough to work out, and drink lots of water! Will be happy to see your progress.
