Yeah I lost sixty in two months and let me tell you it sucks having the tire around your gut but what's worst is the deflated tire going to be around your gut when you lose weight too quickly... Happened to me man. Your bodies skin will shrink accordingly more with the rest of your body when you lose at a controlled rate.

whats your diet like right now?

Cycle is going great. Today is first Clen Off day, replaced with adderall. Will switch back to Clen after 6 days.

Eating is down a little from what was posted originally, I just can't eat as often as I was- so cal intake is even lower, but same healthy foods.
 
You really should talk to 3J and have him set up your diet hes amazing can only make your progress even better
