Foods to Eat While on Anavar?

Hey girls,

so i posted a thread earlier this month inquiring about starting a cycle on anavar, I am going to be starting my cycle this upcoming saturday.

Before I start my cycle I would like to ask you girls maybe to help me out with a meal plan for a couple days of the week to really cut body fat percent, and improve my dieting.

What are some meals you girls eat, and items I should stay away from ??

Help would be great!

Eat lots of protein, 6x meals a day, green veg, low carbs (carbs first 3 meals) only complex carbs: whole wheat pasta/sweet potato/whole wheat rice...

Low fat. Meats turkey chicken tuna egg whites

No sugar or crap basically like fast foods and processed foods. I ate clean while using Anavar (var) - didn't get alot from it but strength and pumps. Next time I'm going to up my dose I went to 12.5mg and no real sides.

Start at 2.5mg and work your way up! See how u react but don't increase to quick. I got headaches at the start, little lower back ache and bloating at the end of cycle and for two weeks after! Which is now, also I have now just had some facial spots break out which is rare for me so I think it's my hormones adjusting. My period is late, whilst on Anavar (var) it was 2 weeks early. Good luck- lift heavy, eat clean and drink a shit load of water!

Hi Tonedlegs,

There's really no "Var diet" your diet should be customized to fit your needs, what are you goals with this cycle ? Are you trying to bulk or cut ?

As far as foods u should stay away from, u should stay away from processed foods, simple carbs, you want to include lean proteins, complex carbs, fibrous & leafy green vegetables, good fats.

For me a 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat) works well for cutting.
