For those who have had gyno issues

How does it start? I mean, do you always feel a lump or hardness behind the nipple as soon as it starts? Do you get itchy/pain symptoms before the hardness ?

Im asking because i feel something weird somewhere in my right pec but my nipple doesnt hurt when i touch it and is not erected at all, and i dont feel any lump behind. So maybe its from the shaving or whatever but maybe its the start of gyno? I dont know how it happens when it starts..

For me, my gyno comes on very quickly. I don't ever experience much "itching" but it is incredibly tender to the touch and it is definitely puffy looking. When I touch the nipple and feel for something behind it, there's a large enough lump to grab... it's probably the size of a small marble.

Everyone is different and a lot has to do with the compounds you are running along with the dosage. For me, gyno from orals (DBol) comes on within ten days of starting it and gyno from short esters (Tren Ace) comes in between 2 and 3 weeks. I've only battled gyno twice and it was controlled both times easily with Adex (DBol) and loads of B6 (Tren Ace).

Normally I get sensitive and itchy at first. I never really let it get past that.

First time it had an itch to it. Now when it starts to flare up it will just look puffy and tender. Seems symptoms are different for everyone. Orals also effect me more, Adrol the most.

I know that feeling. Ive never had gyno symptoms till the cycle im on now. Put it this way... If there's nothing going on you usually won't feel any bumps or sensitivity. That doesn't mean it's bad though. Good thing about it is when you catch it early, it's completely reversable. At least it was for me. I was really freaking out, reading every gyno post looking for pics to compare, asking ?s like yours... Here's my 2ml, if you're not running a good Aromatase inhibitor (AI) get on that asap. I use aromasin and the shit works wonders. I have no bloat whatsoever and it really helped the nipple itching/sensitivity & small pea sized lumps around my nips. I didn't feel the lumps behing the nipple either, they were just to the side, slightly above & below them. I actually ran some letro for about 10 days also. That stuff is a miracle. My nips got better and everything disappeared much quicker than I thought possible. Once it's better don't stop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I thought I could go back to eod and it stRted up a little again.

Stress is bad for hormones... Approach it right and you'll be fine. Also, don't touch it a lot. Check the lumps once a day, I've read that touching it a lot irritates it and only stresses you out more.
