Forearm Strain! HELP!

Ok so Ive strained my forearm and I was wondering what would be the fastest way to recover and still be able to lift? If anyone has had this problem before and has any tricks or remedies it would be nice. Ive done this before when I was in Afghanistan and it never went away until I came back and stopped working out for a while.
 
time heals bro just rest the arm
start hitting legs and abs while you weighting to be at 100%
But the worst thing you can do most always with muscle strains is trying to work that muscle even at lower weight you could be doing more harm than good so just rest.

Same shit happened to me doing bent over rows with 315 on BAF... Only thing that fixed it was to take a break for a couple months. Not from all lifting, just the pulling exercises that caused me grief!
