forearms and biceps

hey gang.

so i'vce found out that m forearms are a bit larger than my biceps. are you like that too??? maybe it'sw because i'm doing that extra grip workout on days...admittedly, i am weak on doing biceps. share your thoughts. thanks
 
I think you should just keep working biceps hard. maybe it is a genetics thing.

def cut down on any grip exercises that your doing. my arms measure almost 19 inches cold....never measured my forarms but i doubt there anywhere close...

i think my foreskin is prolly is probably bigger than my forearm
 
I used to have my forearms bigger than my bis when I weighted 140 lbs. You can notice that if you see my old pics.

I think that if you continue gaining overall size, your arms will get bigger than forearms.
 
I think your biceps will get bigger once you start packing on more overall body size.

Don't cut back on forearm exercises. If anything, bump up the bicep work.

If you are already training biceps hard, then don't over-do it, or you'll overtrain. Just let nature takes it's course, and EAT MORE! If all else fails, at least you'll have some pretty wicked forearms. :D

Yep, you need some pretty good forearm strength if your going to be pulling without using those *cough* pussy straps. :D

I'm just playin all you strap-using dead-lifters.... :D

well, as of now, my forearms are a bit bigger than my bis and I don't do grip works for now..grip is solid as ever and I'm happy. when I do back work, I don't do much curls anymore...really....rows are my main bi workout and of course, deads.
