Forgetting to take meds

Anyone have a good system to taking their meds.. Tests, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), AI.. My organization skills are not great.. So I'm curious if anyone has a system that works good for them.. I'm back to doing every 5th day shots followed by Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shots the next day, with Aromatase inhibitor (AI) 3x week..

Any thoughts?

step 1 buy calendar
step 2 mark calendar for days of med use
step 3 check calendar daily to see if meds are to be taken on said day...
I really do this though haha, but I like taking the meds, as I feel like I'm improving myself so I pretty much know already what days I will be taking what and how much.

This is exactly how I do it. I look at my appointment book everyday and it helps me to stay on track w/ protocol as well!

I guess I need to buy a calender? Honestly, I've never used a calender on a regular basis.. i always just winged it..lol

I have an alarm set on my phone. When it goes off I take my meds and set it for the next scheduled day.

I do what TR9 does. I just have a recurring appt on my blackberry that reminds me when to inject or take meds

yeah I just print out pages from my gmail calender for the month. I use a magnet to holt it to my fridge and i markdown when I need to take everything and at the end of the day I mark down id I did cardio, weights and if i ate clean or had a cheat. This way i can look back at the month and see how consistent I was. I also markdown weight and body fat percentage

I use a day planner, I keep it with my meds. Calenders just take up to much room. I am considering combining it with a workout journal.
